Breakfast was nice, usual continental mix

Assam tea and boiling water, you can't make a good cup of tea without boiling water

This year it's my 4th stay in this hotel... and man colleague stayed even 6 times. We expected actually to get a "free" upgrade because we are committed,ng back so many times at the same place.

The people working here are nice and professional, but don't speak English. Sometimes a little slow in their acting and service.

    Location and cleanliness.

    Coffee machine malfunction at breakfast.

The quality of the furnishings was very good. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean.

It was a shame that I kept getting woken up by my neighbours slamming their doors. That will affect the quality of sleep no matter how comfortable the beds are. The hotel should consider installing mechanisms that will allow the doors to close slowly and quietly so as not to disturb other guests. Also it was disappointing to see that my deluxe room didn't provide a kettle and cups and complimentary tea and coffee. Most hotels around the world have these as standard amenities even for a basic room.

The food in the restaurant is good and the staff are friendly

The room I stayed in only had skylights, which didn't open and didn't have curtains. They stretched right across the room so I was woken at 4AM each day when the light came streaming in. None of the rooms have any drawers for storage of clothes and the suitcase shelf is too narrow for a standard suitcase so I had to life out of my suitcase which sat on the floor. I usually get around this at the Kempen by using the window cills as storage places, but the window cills in this room are 3meters high, I could only just reach them when at full stretch and I'm 6'3" tall. No shelves in the bathroom so toiletries have to sit on the sink. The sink doesn't have a plug, just some sort of ceramic disc to stop large objects falling down the drain. Washing is a sink without a plug is difficult. This room felt like it had been designed for someone with no luggage, who doesn't mind airless environment and who can sleep in broad daylight.

Located in the heart of a nice historic town, a modernly equipped hotel, well-trained, customer-oriented staff. Substantial breakfast was offered just for 11 Eur/person. We arrived in the evening, just before the restaurant closing time but the chef was still "in the house" and we were so happy to get a very delicious dinner choosing from the menu what we wanted!

Usual continental breakfast, fresh, good choice

Room, has no drawers for storage, not even a bedside drawer. The shelf for suitcase is too narrow so I had live out of the suitcase with it on the floor. There is an open fronted wardrobe, ie no door, with enough space for a few shirts/trousers. Double bed, but it had 2 single duvet's, not good for me, I'm 6'3" tall. Bathroom looks great but no shower only a minute bath. Lying down my legs are completely out of the water and it is so narrow than I can dip one shoulder at a time into the water. Not easy to get clean. No shelf for toiletries. Glass wall of bathroom means having to draw curtains to have any privacy from opposite buildings. If you like style over function then this is for you, if you want a tidy room and comfortable stay then not so much. I don't see why the designer couldn't mix style and practicality?

Nice and clean rooms, solid wifi. Parking is possible in town square in front of hotel (payable from 9 to 17, otherwise free of charge). Hotel has a nice restaurant with tasty food.

    Breakfast was average.

Central location, very modern interior, friendly staff.

Sound isolation is not up to the standard. 6am in the morning I woke up hearing someone in the neighbouring room frantically turning light switches on an off. In 5 minutes it probably happened 30 times. I guess somebody was lost between the numerous switches in the room. But the sound was as if it was happening in my room unfortunately. I was staying in 303, the other room probably was 302.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel right in the heart of Kepno, set in the main square which was a lovely setting. All staff were warm and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast was varied and lots to eat, hot or cold food available. Rooms were clean and modern with a comfy bed and a good shower. Piped music in the corridors was nice and relaxing and not invasive.

A few breakfast items were stale however there was a big selection and not a big problem.

The apartment room is beyond my expecation. Very spacious and comfortable.

TV may need to updated with more channels.

Very good hotel restaurant. Excellent food for normal prices. Dinner was the best experience at hotel

Room was smelly, some smell was comming from toilet ventilation system.Very noisy road = if i opened window, i can not sleep as cars driving around on the stone-pawed road. If I closed window, there was smell in the room.

Beds are comfortable and the staff was very friendly, doing their best to compensate the shortcomings of this hotel. You can park your car free of charge at the main square on Sat and Sun, on other days you have to pay.

Most rooms face a busy street with cobblestones. Every time a truck is passing by the whole room is trembling. Sound isolation is very poor. Rooms are small. Rooms in the 3rd floor are better shielded from the street noise but only have roof windows without any blinds - in summer it’s a nuisance as the sunrise is at 4am. The aircon could not be regulated in the room, every time we wanted to change the temperature we had to run to the reception and ask them to do that in the computer system.
