Nice location and private kitchen

It took 2 days of calling and dropping by the main office before the WIFI was finally turned on.The sofa bed was so bad the kids had to sleep on the floor.

Close to the center but not where all the tourists are. Super spacious fridge and had even a toaster for sandwiches

Bed mattress was hard

We appreciated several aspects of our stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, situated near the beautiful area of Caprera and conveniently close to a Conad supermarket. The apartment itself was a good size, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. However, we were disappointed by the absence of a washing machine, which would have been a valuable addition.

We were disappointed with our stay at this apartment. The reception staff, particularly one receptionist, was quite rude and arrogant, making us and other guests feel unwelcome. The receptionist showed up 40 minutes late for the check-out process, delaying our schedule, and forgot to refund the garbage deposit we had paid at check-in. Additionally, given the substantial amount we paid for a one-week stay, we were surprised and disappointed to find that there was no washing machine available. This significantly detracted from our overall experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment location was great. We drove into to a beach and into town for dinner each day.

The owners own several different apartments so you don’t know what apartment you will get. In the pictures they put the options there. Originally they put us in an apartment where the air conditioner ran out of coolant so it was blowing hot air. We ask to have them fix but it was the weekend so there would not be a person to fix it. They happened to have another unit. The woman was super nice and switched us. In the next apartment, the air conditioners worked but the hot water heater made “dolphin” like noises as it was filling up. This was annoying but not enough to ask for us to switch again. The apartment had basic cooking stuff which was okay. Last, not the fault of the management, the elevator did not work for the building so I had to take our luggage up 3 floors. We had packed for a month. Our 4 year old handled walking up and down the stairs like a champ. We had a good time.

The apartment has everything you need, kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower, toilet, TV. The only thing missing is an iron.

Cleanliness needs work.

Spacious apartment with AC, dishwasher, comfy beds, gracious and helfpul hosts, and everything you'd need to enjoy La Maddalena. I'm not sure if there's new management or what, but I can't see why people are leaving negative reviews.

Check in was delayed by half an hour. Not a big deal to me.

Very good parking, down in the house

Bad folding bed, 1 night maximum, lots of mosquitos, no place to put things in the bathroom.

The room is located on the hill( around a 13 mins walk from the reception and a 30 mins walk to the center), and we lived on the second floor so the view is pretty nice. With a good nature light and a vantage vibe. Also, a young girl receptionist for our check-in is really friendly and active.

For cooking, there’re no spices or dish detergent available. For coffee lovers, the Moka pot is quite dirty, but the good thing is that you can purchase one from the nearest supermarket( although the price is a bit higher). As for sleeping, you can directly feel the springs when lying on the sofa bed. Finally, there’s only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and you can’t request more even if you stay for one week.

Kitchen equipment can be better. No dish soap, sponge or dishtowel. Only 1 toilet paper for 3 people for 2 nights! And nobody at reception desk during the opening hours. Walls are made with paper i think, you can hear EVERYTHING, on 12PM or 6AM...

No soundproofing in the room whatsoever, you could hear everything from the neighbors and hallway. The bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve slept in. The room description on booking.com said it had terrace or balcony but it had none. Communicated this to the reception but they did not solve it, they did not seem aware of what the description said.The location of part of the hotel is not the same as it says, many rooms are located much further away, outside of the city = long walking distance, car is therefore preferred. Cleaning not the best since we found an old cigarette beside the bed.

It was a big apartment and it had a bidé, the bathroom was fine and it was a nice balcony.

First of all, no one told us that the apartment we had booked was not in the same adress as we had booked, instead we had to walk another 20 minutes to get to the apartment building (which meant we had to walk behind a two seat car that drove our bags but not us). The apartment was very far from the city center (about 35 minuted walk) and there was no restaurants or bars anywhere near this place. Second, the place did not at all look like in the pictures, the apartment was dark and the kitchen did not live up to the way it displayed in the pictures (the kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped but did not even have gas in the lighter to the gas stove nor a cutting board, and a lot of the things in the kitchen were dirty). The bathroom was only provided with one toilet roll so we had buy more ourselves. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the air conditioning wasn't changeable so we had to sleep in 32 degrees every night. The first day we went to talk to the staff to say we were not happy about about the apartment but they wouldn't listen and did not help us at all. We asked them to help us get a taxi to the port (via Whatsup since they didn't respond on telephone) the day we checked out but didn't even get a reply.

Big terrace, fair stay given the comparably low fare

1) there is two apartment places, le maree (deluxe apt) is 30 min by foot to city center, not 15 as said in description!! The location is not correct in booking.com!2)Matrace is horrible, way too hard3)The door knob from the bathroom door fell off, we could only open it from outside4) no barbecue place, though promised in description5) not a single sharp knife

Very poor

Our room was located at the ground floor. It was very loudy and the room smelled bad. Kitchen not well equiped. Did not live up to our expectations at all!

excellent apartment in walking distance to the heart of the beautiful island. also if you are driving the island of caprera is in close driving distance. staff were friendly and communicated to us well even though we did not have much italian! staff gave lots of tips on how to enjoy the archipelago. 20 minute walk from the town centre. the apartment was very clean and pleasant. there is also a charming pizzeria nearby where we visited when tired from a day of swimming!
