The buffet breakfast is well presented with large choice to meet dietary needs and tastes of majority of costumers. Staff and service is excellent. Beautifully decorated dining areas.

The cleaning of the rooms can be requested after three days of stay. We requested a room cleaning after three days but only towels were changed, no toilet paper or drinking water top up. Shower, sink and toilet left untouched and our bin was left full of rubbish with empty water bottles beside it left ignored. By the third day you are completely out of toilet paper - receptionist will give you a one small roll of very thin paper and before the week is over you are out of toilet paper again. This makes feel guests as though they need to beg for every flimsy roll. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but those on the landing are not topped up so there are no cups or milk and used coffee grounds are left inside the machine.

staff is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, food in the restaurant is sooo tasty. The mansion are is well maintained, green and clean. Very nice and quite place. Location is great, 20 minutes to the stadium and 25 min to the bus station.

There was some dust in the room, food choices for breakfast somewhat limited. The cost of the stay during the Nordic Walking event was twice higher and it's not refundable. In my view, it's not the good practice to increase the cost twice. We visited on 24-26 August and there was no possibility to order a taxi with Uber. I don't know the reason, but this small city is definitely lack of taxi drivers. Despite this drawbacks I would definitely stay again there because of proximity to the stadium and bus station.

Rooms are missing air conditioning. In ideal world you want modern/bigger flat screen TV's. My room was equipped with shower - I am not sure whether others have baths. It would be nice to have a long hot bath for a change every now and then considering I stayed there for nearly 12 weeks

It's my 2nd visit here and this time breakfast was served in the dining room, instead of in a box to my room (due to lack of guests) and it was very good. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, bread. My room was large and comfortable. Pillows a touch flatter than to my taste but ok. There was a large desk for working on my laptop in the evening.

The area I was staying in the hotel had a lot of locked doors making it difficult to find my way out. I used an emergency exit in the morning. The kettle was broken but was quickly swapped for another one.

Location very lovely. Quiet. Room was spacious. Good area for me to work on my laptop in the evening.

Breakfast was terrible. I was contacted and told the breakfast was going to be a lunch bag. It arrived and it was never what I would eat for breakfast so ended up leaving it. I had an evening meal but options for a non meat eater were very limited.

the room was quite small for 2Adl +2Ch. sofa for children was bearly for one small child, not comfortable at all, refrigirator or ventilation in bathroom was working all the night, was impossible to sleep. beds are small for adult as well. canteen - was in other building and you need to wait for scrambled eggs for 15 min. additional charge for dog was 100 pln.

-reception desk not speaking English and not skilled to issue invoices. the reception girl did’t understand anything and deciding not to call for help at night, neither in the morning till we insist that she calls for help and a boy drives there to simply submit the invoices that she was not able, we arrived 45 minutes late to the business appointment dimply because reception was not properly trained and eith total lack of customer focus (starring us is not the solution to solve the problem but calling to your supervisor for help)- no indications that breakfast is in another building downstairs and dinner restaurant upstairs- parking spots cleared from snow very limited —> need to clear spots for all rooms booked- in winter is challenging to cross snow for breakfast/dinner-room layout is not confortable

An exelent small residence located in a beautifull, quiet surrandings of the private estate. Very nicely decorated restaurant with an exelent service.

The single bed means small single, no room to turn around. Only one thin pillow provided per bed. A triple room is actually a twin room with an extra sleep on a sofa bed.

The staff were very friendly.

The pillows were too small, and the apartment was not as big as advertised.

Exceptional value for money, decent sized room, perfectly comfortable bed. Bathroom looked to be recently refurbished.
