Pros +
- Good location in the heart of Belchatow. The hotel is very dated but it was clean, staff were great and food was very good too.
- The reception was very helpful and professional. You can access a nice 25 meter pool as part of the stay (I did not use it, but I was at that pool in the past). The room was quite spacious and beds quite comfortable.
- Big space and comfortable room. Liked it.
Cons -
- Walls were a bit grubby in one of the rooms.
- I know some part of the hotel was renovated and better rooms are listed on the website with different prices (we only stay there for one night, so we did not bother about getting a better room). The older style rooms are not in the best conditions currently, for example, fridge door was broken and fully fall out when try to open.
- Two single beds put together as one and there was demarcation in between, not comfortable enough to sleep.

The room was very tidy and modern. shower facilities were good.
Staff not very friendly, arrived with all the lights off in the entire hotel, breakfast was very poor and not replenished. only hot item was scrambled egg.
The hotel was very well located, spacious, clean with good facilities
The room was big and clean and good airco
Hotel inside was dark and nothing to do. restaurant was dark and I was the only customer. Breakfast in the morning was catastrofe. FOOTBAL Team of 15-20 year olds made big mess and they took al the food. Not thinking about other quests.
The apartment was big enough...like it should be.
The sofa is very old, and should be changed immediately. It's leaves white particules all over the rooms. There is no tea, in the room, no good Toiletries .. no iron for clothes...for that amount of money??? It isn't well equipped
Spacious room.
Horrible wi-fi. Fridge doesn't work.
Location
You advertised that the hotel has ooen gym but they said they dont have gym at the site. You advertised the staff spoke english but they didnt.
Pool, ok wifi
Basic breakfast, overpriced for that you get (broken down room/hotel)
Location is ok.
No tea maker available, no ironing , very simple hotel, not cheap hotel.Breakfast can be netter for this price.Carpets in rooms can be more clean.
Location
Old bedroom with old furniture. No space to work as the room was very small. Without cooling system. It was very hot and the only thing available was a fan, which did not help much.
