You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 5 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in is at the bar/restaurant on Piazza Marconi. Guests arriving on Wednesdays are requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that it is not possible to check in outside the normal reception opening times. Rooms are at the top of a staircase with no elevator access. Please note that the property is accessed via 100 steps. Please note, guests must leave cars in the paid public parking, approximately 0.6 mi outside the historical center.
