Pros +
- I booked and payed for spa and fitness but spa and gym were close
- Dated but clean and comfy. Staff extremely nice ??
- Breakfast was ok, location was very good.
Cons -
- To hot in the room AC did not work
- It would have been nice with some sliced fresh fruit for breakfast.
- Soft soft bed, sometimes no hot water, no restaurant, very limited breakfast, airconditioning didn’t cool the room, very old and dated place. Better locations are in the area to stay.

The room was spacious. The receptionist went out to my car and helped me in with all my luggage. When we returned to the room, he pushed the single beds together (his own initiative). Everything was so clean and the accomodations were nice.

Nice breakfast, location is great and the restaurant is great as well.
Location is good and staff courtesy is good. Room is clean.
No options for vegans in breakfast
Breakfast was good, the fact that you can access the pools and saunas.
coffee was very poor, overall a very good place to spend a night or two.
Hotel is located near the centre of Polkovice, so restaurants are really close. Staff was very friendly and explained everything with smile. Breakfast was ok, especially for the price. Safe parking.
The restaurant in the evening was closed (probably for the whole August), only separate beds and pool opening hours only to 9 pm. Free Wifi was unusable, just for the basic things.
Early check in was possible, staff at reception was polite. Baby cot was for free. Nice access to the aqua park. Breakfast was good.
Kids corner in the restaurant and reception area can be built. The food in the restaurant is a bit expensive for what you get.
Superb
While we were there the Aqua park attached was being refurbished. The restaurant is only open once a day for breakfast no evening meals available
