Location, good beach, lovely walks along coast from the hotel albeit a little tricky in places Self service buffet restaurant for breakfast, dinner etc good with plenty of choice. Wine very reasonably priced.

Great charming family hotel. Fantastic location on its own cove. Filled with local families taking a vacation.

Rooms are nice, everything was clean. Really nice dinner and breakfast. Pool was closed when we arrived. Hotel for family with kids ;)

The food was OK, we met a great and kind waiter called Jordi that made our meals more pleasant. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimmingpools, park and beach are ideal to go with children.

There was lots of mosquitoes everywhere inside the hotel dead and alive, also in our room in the first floor. As we were traveling with a small baby we had to ask for a change of room in a higher floor and they were helpful.

Family orientated, clean, friendly staff, nice views.

Hotel placed close to the beach - it is comfortable not to go anywhere far with the children. Good food.

Staff Very nice friendly with a smile . same of them doesn't speak English especially at the reception, but in general it was good ?

Mosquitos everywhere, we had at least 50 mosquitos killed in our room, every wall had tens of them and the blood. It was disgusting. every dish at dinner is disgustingly dirty/unwashed. I saw lipstick on a glass and the cutlery were literally just used. The beach is not clean and the pool has a bazillion people in it.

Pool, facilities and cost benefit.

- The hotel was easy to find.- The shore was close.- There was a gluten-free meal option.- The pools were good.

- It was not possible to book a superior room for 2 adults and a 13-year-old child (who is already considered an adult in this accommodation) via Booking.com.- E-mails sent to the reception's e-mail address will only be answered if the word "urgent" is included in the subject.- Parking is 7 euros per night, but the barrier didn't work for days, so during this time many people parked for free, while we paid for it. In addition, you can park on the street for free and it is not that difficult.- The hotel has its own beach, but it is not clean and very smelly, so we could not swim there with the children.- The standard rooms are very dirty. There is not a single meter in the bathroom where there is no mold, and there is also no plug in the bathtub, bidet, or sink. In the rooms, the walls, mattresses, cupboards, floor and terrace are also very dirty.- The communal spaces are not cleaned properly either.- There are unbearably many mosquitoes and flies, both inside and outside the building.- The restaurant does not have a very large selection, but there are delicious dishes, but the plates, cutlery and glasses are unfortunately quite dirty.- It is sad that both the children's and the evening programs are only in Spanish. We have already stayed in Spain countless times, but the program was usually in two languages. We understood nothing of it here.- The spa was not free.- The gym is no longer open.

The pools and child friendly atmosphere was nice.

We arrived late and our refrigerator wasn’t turned on and we had food and milk for our infant (4 months old). It was impossible to get ice. We were not permitted fresh water for the kids and my wife. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. Muhumad, in particular was very harsh and not hospitable. He wouldn’t help us solve problems. Instead he was confrontational and lacked any empathy for our situation. There was ice and refrigeration we could have used temporarily but he denied us any convenience. We decided to book the following night because no one spelt well under the circumstances and the front desk staff made it absolutely clear we couldn’t have a late checkout even though I had requested a late checkout upon checkin. I rarely leave poor reviews however I felt compelled to share with other travelers that this is an understaffed property that does not assist with families needs. For a family-friendly property that caters to vacationers traveling with kids, they were horrible in doing anything for us when we needed things, ie water & refrigeration or ice or late checkout. I understand there are policies, however when there are very simple requests they could do a whole lot more to make the experience better for families. I was shocked at the entire staffs lack of effort to accommodate us. In particular I would make sure not to vacation here if you are accustomed to friendly hotel service staff as we have experienced in larger cities. This was worse than any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Friendly staff, great food and amazing location.

The outdoor space at the hotel was a bit smaller than I was expecting. I was hoping there would be a tennis court, volleyball or an area to play on the grass or sand. It was beautifully kept and pool was lovely.

The private park on the back of the hotel is impressive, with its water fall, an oversized pool, a kids pool, a bar, a private beach, etc.

This place doesn't have anything not to be liked... I don't know all the hotels in this area, but this one is with no doubt one the est, if not the BEST.I couldn't answer the Bonus Question about the "paid WiFi"... I don't know if they have "Paid WiFi". I just asked the employee at the reception for the password, which he gave me immediately, and I didn't see any charge on my bill for the WiFi. I just assumed that it was free, like in most hotels nowadays.
