Food offered in hotel restaurant in evening was disappointing.

Good size,comfortable room with fabulous shower. Amazing views, lovely to sit out on the terrace for beers in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff, excellent secure bicycle storage and good, fast wifi.

We had a great stay in lovely place. The only thing I would add would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The price is slighly higher than what seemed the right price for the offering but the experience was good.

I was expecting the hotel to be closer to the centre but the location was actually fine to walk in 20 mins to the centre.Staff were friendly. Food that we ate was nice.

Views from the hotel are ok but a large distribution centre is opposite the hotel and quite ugly to look at.

This was a lovely place to stop off for the night after a drive up from southern Spain and before setting off through France the next day. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Before we arrived they got in touch to ask what bed configuration we wanted. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival during which all the facilities were explained to us. A spacious property in a very quiet town in the beautiful Basque Country. Not loads to do in the immediate vicinity so you would need a car to explore the area. Restaurant on site. We didn’t use it but it was very busy when we were there. Spotlessly clean rooms and communal areas. Comfy beds and good sized rooms.

A very modern and clean hotel. Check-in was very easy and the clerk spoke wonderful English. The room was quite large with a good-sized bathroom that was well-stocked. There is a desk in the room which is very nice. It has an elevator for access to the upper floors. The restaurant was closed during my stay but the bar served food which was good and reasonably priced. The patio in front of the hotel is quite popular so if you want a quiet room during warm weather you should ask for a rear-facing room, or bring earplugs. A very enjoyable stay.

The internet access in the room was poor to non-existent. A little better connection down in the bar, but unuseful in the room
