- Open shower. It got wet everywhere
- We booked our stay through your service. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed both with the quality of the accommodation and with the inability to use the key facilities for which this hotel was chosen. We specifically selected a family-friendly hotel with access to the SPA with a child, but this access is only available until 5:00 PM, while check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM. We arrived around 6:00 PM and were effectively deprived of the opportunity to use this service. The room we were offered was in unacceptable condition: torn and worn-out furniture; extremely high humidity in the room; an additional fee was requested for a child’s bed, even though under the booking terms the child’s stay should be free — in reality, the only option was to share one bed.The only available place for relaxation was the outdoor pool, which was overcrowded. In view of the above, we refused to stay and had to check into another hotel, incurring additional expenses. We kindly request that you consider a full refund of the accommodation cost, or at least compensation for the services that were not provided or did not match the description. We also ask you to take steps to update the information on your website to prevent such situations for other guests. We can provide several photos of the room’s condition and the outdoor pool, if required.
- There was mold in our room. The front desk man wasn’t polite - gave me and my husband one key to share even though we had brought our daughter and paid for spa treatments - so that made coordination difficult. The pool area was dingy and gross. There focus seemed off - the owner seems to be focused on developing a signature scent of the hotel rather than investing back into maintenance of the property (see photo of mold). They also charged us more than $20 to have a toddler cot. The child play area has awful lighting, all the toys were broken or removed.

The staff (besides the front desk man) were pleasant. The masseuse and spa staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were nice.

Beautiful surroundings and good breakfast. Kids loved the play room.
Old facilities. We asked the hotel prior if we could charge our electric car at site and they said they have a charger. However, the carger did not work (not operated by the hotel which is many time the case) but they told us when asked that it seldom works. Would have been useful information to have prior the visit and helpfulness of reception could be improved.
The hotel was located in a marvelous part of Asturias, the drive there was a joy. The premises of the hotel were very nice and well maintained, the building itself was just fantastic, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed how family friendly this hotel was, and how everything that we needed was just there. We had a great time in the lovely spa, and the breakfast was just superb! Highly recommend this place.
Although I need to stress that at no point were we cold, it felt like the rooms could have been a bit warmer. When the heating was on, the rooms were just lovely. However, at night we were wishing the heating was on.
Fifth time here and another moment to enjoy, perfect stay , very good half pension buffet and spectacular weather, SPA as always was great and location is amazing to disconnect and relax. a place to repeat and repat.
Nothing in particular
I liked that our family could be in one room. Our 2 kids are young so we wouldn’t have wanted a separate room. The spa was ok - we attended a family session but it was not included in the price.
The food was not nice at all. Quality & taste not great. Sadly there was no other choice in town as everything was closed so it was quite convenient.
The sheets were very good, the location good too, free parking !
Price very expensive, spa nothing special, normal spa... breakfast simple nothing special too... not a 4 star hotel
Very clean and well presented. Private parking for bikes.
35 euro per session to use the spa facilities with a pre booked appointment.
Excellent breakfast and good dinners. Lovely spa area
Pillows
Spa and massage staff
bedroom was too little and matress not so good
Amazing location, lovely facilities and our family room/suite was ideal for our family of four.
It was at the top end of our budget during our trip but on balance worth it!
Quality of food was ok
Super noisy room. Facilities are a bit old
The hotel was an interesting experience. It is in a good location: all the attractions we wanted to get to are relatively close. Another plus is that several people in the crew also speak English, which is not the norm in these parts of Spain. That, unfortunately, is where the positives end.
In the room we found not very comfortable beds and mattresses a bit out of the current era. The room is very cramped despite the supposedly suite for several people. The refrigerator in the room can barely fit 4 small bottles of water 0.33l.Water to the room was given only at the beginning of the stay further on the end. Everything, of course, in plastic ? even cups for drinking the same water also made of plastic (cardboard with PET). Toilet in the handicapped room means you sit about 20 cm higher than normal... the valve for flushing does not work properly and you have to, as in toilets from 40 years ago, suck water several times and wait and wait holding the button (!!!).Electric car charging socket placed with the cooperation of a company that wishes a deposit at the start and, of course, a full record with an account, etc. (as if you can not just add this amount to the entire stay as it happens in other hotels). The socket, of course, only single and usually eternally occupied even when the person finished charging (here, unfortunately, the problem is also on the side of the charger because it runs out of time not when you run out of funds only when you run out of booking time!).Service is difficult to find at the reception, for example, around 20 or 22 or not to mention 23 ... the restaurant closed at lunchtime so you can not eat at these hours you have to go away ?.As we are already at the restaurant, for breakfast, despite the huge tables with various things, you will not find vegetables there...! And sorry there was a potato in a tortilla after all hidden ???. Coffee terrible even. No one took care to bend even a moment to the quality of the beans. Everything floats in fat or was taken out of deep oil or it was fried meat rather and obviously greasy ?. As far as I can think this is "Spanish cuisine"!
Great hotel, all facilities high quality, clean and staff very friendly. Great evening buffet menu and breakfast menu.
Really friendly staff, great location, great food.
Room was very hot at night (air con not great) and it would have been great to use the well publicised spa/indoor pool area without having to pay extra.
Staff were very nice. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Buffet dinner and breakfast were good. Spa was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Nothing to note.
The reception area is nice and calm.
I was deeply disappointed with my stay at what was marketed as a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by chaos, with the presence of six buses full of teenagers on an excursion, which made for a loud and crowded environment. The room conditions were severely lacking, featuring outdated and shabby furniture that suggested poor maintenance, and an air conditioning unit that was visibly aged and discolored. Moreover, the spa facilities were a letdown; both the sauna and steam room were not heated adequately and felt unhygienic, leaving me wanting to disinfect myself after use. When I brought up these concerns and decided to check out early, the hotel staff was unhelpful and refused any form of reimbursement. The response was not only dismissive but also rudely delivered with a pretense of politeness. This hotel is far from the 4-star experience advertised and more akin to a poorly managed hostel. I cannot recommend it and suggest potential guests look elsewhere for accommodation.
It was a great place and location when you are visiting the Picos the Europe. The hotel is in a small village, but has some cafes, restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy and bank, which are all just across the road. Also, when the weather is not great it helps when the hotel is bigger and has more facilities. The breakfast Buffett is generous, but make sure you ask the waitress for eggs or omelettes. We weren't told and so missed out.
The coffee is not good since it is filter coffee. Not sure why they can't make fresh coffee from their nearby bar; after all, it was not that busy. Dinner is late, and when we were there, they had no lunch. Luckily, there is a nice restaurant across the road that serves nice daily lunch menus for a very good price.Beware, they have a lot of tour guide operators. So, when we were there, they had about 50 teenagers and more staying. They made terrible noise until about 1 a.m. with shouting, screaming, running down the hallway, and banging the doors, and neither their teachers cared to correct their behavior nor did the hotel staff, despite the fact that they heard it all. We were staying for 3 nights. So, I had to be the bad guy and spoil the party by telling them, as well as complaining to the person at reception. When you go for a hiking holiday, you get up early and go to bed early, so no, I don't want to be kept awake until the early morning hours.
