Unless you wanted to pay for an expensive meal you had a limited choice if evening meal. You could have a prato combinado but no menu to chose from.

Woman at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and staff were in good form, attentive and helpful. They stored our bicycles in a small room with no fuss.
The Check-in man was great and I received the impression that he would help u with anything. The location was good, it was central in a quiet area with a small grocery store close by.
You check in to a hotel to sleep i found this difficult to achieve as the room next door had the tv on all night. This shouldn't have been a issue however due to the poor soundproofing it was very much a issue.

walls are thin so if the neighbours talk loudly you can hear everything ….

Sat in car all night due to being right next to public square with really noisey bars with very loud music, youngsters girls & boys peeing all around my car, placing drinks on roof & trying to open the doors had words with a couple of them. WORST nights stay EVER. Don't stay at weekends.
Centrally located. Good street parking immediately outside. A quiet town but we enjoyed our stay. Very much up to speed on covid procedures. Very nice staff.

The Family who own the Hotel were so, so helpful. They really helped us sort out our car problems.If we had stayed in a 5 star hotel we would NOT have got this service.
