Pros +
- Location offers a quiet set up
- Mass tourism. Horrible
- I lost my glasses in the hotel. I sent a message to the owner and nothing aren't didi to resolve my problem. I need my glasses because I'm very blind e with toutch them I can't work. My glasses are green and I think must have stayed on spa, pool or in room.
Cons -
- Noisy door clapping, outdated rooms strongly needing a refresh. Overall impression of lacking investment. Outdoor swimming pool (the only one accessible without paying an additional charge) is very small and totally overcrowded.
- Horrible staff. Horrible beds for the kids
- they never got back to me. after call, email or whatup

Excellent breakfast variety, staff very kind and helpful with many recommendations for leisure. The bedroom was super cleaned and cute as well as comfortable with both big bedroom and bathroom.

great staff, really enjoyed the thermal baths, good value buffet for dinner and lovely breakfast. nice bed and very happy to have a bath
The pillows were very flat - bring your own if you need to bulk up! spare pillows in the room would be great
Nice and clean hotel with great thermal baths
Breakfast quality needs to be improved
The hotel is quite nice and very quiet. The warm outside pool is a must. Breakfeast and dinner buffet very enjoyable, although still adapting to COVID times (slightly understaffed). The hotel staff was very helpfull sorting any kind of need or problem we had.
On check out we were double charged for the buffet dinner (225 euros extra). We failed to check the invoice and only noticed afterwards. The reservation staff was extreemely helpfull in quickly solving the problem.
The outside pool with thermal water was great, breakfast and meals outstanding.
The spa

Kids club was a nice bonus
I was expecting to have Free access to the pool.
Great location if visiting the Ribeira Sacra.
