Hotel Villa Hubertus Kutno

Everything was great, I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s my first choice in Kutno, I’ll be back at the end of April for my sons birthday

Nothing, everything was great, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner, great gardens and surroundings, close to the town centre but nice and quiet

It’s in a location close to the town centre, the rooms, dining room/bar and other parts are very clean nice and comfortable, the gardens are beautiful, parking is easy. I’ve stayed here a few times times now and I’ll be back again.

Privately owned hotel in quiet area, nice staff, good food.

I had a very nice comfortable room, breakfast was good with very nice and helpful staff, it’s in a quiet location but near enough the town centre for a walk and the gardens are beautiful. My 3rd stay here and I will be back.

the rooms are actually decent and clean, and nice bathrooms.but i gave the low rating because it was so hot we got no sleep the whole week.the windows have no bug screen so we could not keep the windows open.and there is not even a fan, no ceiling fan, no air conditioning.Management, please install window bug screens and ceiling fans in the room. This will make these hot summer night bearable. I know the green ideology in EU prevents you from installing air conditioning, but a ceiling fan and window screens are easy and cheap and would make a huge difference

Nothing really, the sloping ceiling in my room was a bit low as I’m 190.5 cm but otherwise it was great

It’s a very nice traditional style hotel with beautiful gardens, our room was very large and comfortable with great facilities, the breakfast room looks into the garden where you can also eat and so socialise

A great location, surrounded by plants and mature trees, perfect for a quiet stay. On site parking. Friendly customer service. Breakfast included in the price. Clean.

Dated, somewhat confused deco. Less would definitely be better.Tiny bathroom with no space for any cosmetics.Breakfast a bit limited in choice and quantity of food provided.

Food in the restaurant was not so tasty. Breakfast was fine though

- Location not far from the city center by car. However there is 'nothing' (shops, restaurants) close to the hotel.- Very friendly staff.- Quite garden.- Enough parking places.

Will go elsewhere next time in Kutno

Lots of things on the menu were not available for dinner, the breakfast is just OK.Radiators were not plugged in the room upon arrival (snowing and -1°C outside), shower was not convenient as the room was under the roof of the hotel => it was a bathtube but impossible to stand up to shower as the roof was too low...

room was very cold(booking was done in advance and paid in full), had to warm it with a heater which doesn't look very safe(it was the only way to warm up the room). So I was afraid to sleep with this heater which was supported by a wooden stand. The bed was awful -- short and squeaky. WC is ok, despite that there is a window without any curtains. Winter, evening, light inside, and great nude show for the neighbors. Breakfast is also so-so -- it is starting from 6:30 till 9:30, but when I entered the dining room at 7:30 there was the absence of people and ... food. No fried eggs and few sausages left.

The staff was super nice and made everything possible to make me feel comfortable. The food it’s tasteful and the bedrooms are cozy.

Parking was ok. Breakfast is ok, very simple one at that. The lobby seems renovated a while ago. The bathroom in our room is renovated. Cute cat.

Location is precarious, with chemical factories in the vicinity. The room (115) is in a need of urgent renovation. Besides, it is tiny, you can't realy move in it if the bathroom door is open. The "Garden view" is actualy a backyard, with considerable amount of mosquitos. Shower tub of the cheapest kind squeeking and moaning everytime you move. I think that one day someone will break it and fall through. Beds are IKEA, with the thin tough matress, that leaves you wondering if you better slept in the car. And there is this ugly stained carpet! We spent some time pondering wether it was a murder scene or someone just threw up on it and let it dry... Sorry, but this is not what you expect, and the price is not an argument.

Friendly staff and downstairs restaurant was beautiful. Kids liked the playground in the garden.

We had two rooms and the other room had a veird smell. There was also cats and they apparently can access the rooms via windows.

Amazing breakfast and hotel staff was very friendly!!!!

Toilet was not flushing correctly

The Villa is very cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. They even prepared us early breakfast as we had to check out very early in the morning.

They have a problem with the hearing system. But they gave us heaters for each room and we solve this issue.
