Could feel a little more "Greek".

The all inclusive buffet was great

The shower was not enclosed. The door had a gap, allowing air and bugs to get in. The sink faucets had their handles removed.

The property is a lovely garden with perfect beach access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can sit on the beach and view the sunrise steps from your room.

This property is really perfect. The location can't be best. The beach is so serene and the waters are everywhere shade of blue. The food is great (dont do the buffet at night though). The breakfast is fabulous. I loved my room - inupgraded to a sea view and it was totally worth ir.. The employees keep the grounds spotless - and the rooms are so clean.

The dinner buffet - lots of food, but it wasnt very good and not at the same quality as tue Greek restaurant or the food by the beach or pool.

Beautiful location and exceptional view to the sea and surrounding islands. Good facilities. Despite being almost fully booked there was not a feeling of crowdedness. Good breakfast.

Small bathroom.

We were a little disappointed in the size of our first room. When we raised the issue we were told there were no other rooms available. However the next morning we were called and told that something had just come up and we could see it if we liked. The second room was larger and had a sea view. We were offered it at no additional cost. We ate at Segreto twice and the food was excellent.

Our initial encounter with one of the staff was a bit unpleasant. Subsequent interactions were more respectful.

The area was great ,easy to do everything,beach,restaurants,spa, the place was super clean great staff.Restaurant Segreto was excellent,the staff was also amazing .Our waitress Georgina was amazing with great suggestions for food and wine!Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.Spa was also amazing!

The only thing we did not like is people leaving their towels on the beach chairs to reserve them before even going for breakfast,while some never even showed up to use the chairs,even though a sigh was up that staff would remove the towels, we witnessed none of that!

Spotleas clean, very kind and helpful staff, great pool area and an amazing beach area. Great breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend this hotel.

A lot of stairs to climb as the hotel is situated uphill, wasn't a problem for me but could be more of an issue for elders. However the hotel has also golf carts shuttle service to assist the guests

This was an incredible experience! The hotel staff was amazing! They were so kind, friendly, helpful and always with a smile! The view was incredible! The white villas with their blue windows were insane! The food was also delicious. This surpassed completely our expectations! The crystal clear blue water of the ionian was ofcourse the star of the show! Location wise was also perfect! We went all around the island, did watersports and had the time of our lives. Everything was super organized, clean and apps were so easy to use. Thank you hotel Gallini!

They should do better photos online for the hotel because the view was spectacular and they need photos that do justice to the beauty of the hotel and their white amazing villas! :) loved the hotel!

The scorching heat was up to 48°C (mid-Aug)... and the 180+ steps from my suite to the beach. Fortunately there are plenty of elevators servicing the main building.

The pools were soo beautiful and clean and the view is breathless from the room and the pools .

The pool bar is very expensive and we are not allowed to bring snakes and drinks to the pool area . Some of the staff there didnt talk kindly to us.

Great hotel, private beach, good location ,excellent food

The property is clean and well maintained.

STAIRS, stairs, Stairs… and ramps, steep ramps to come and go anywhere on the property. No elevators available. Had we known about this “minor detail” we most definitely would not have booked this resort.The beach area is small but adequate, with tiny, deadly little pebbles and beautiful,clean, fish filled sea water that gets deep very quickly. Bring water shoes to really enjoy the beach…. And hiking shoes to return to your room.They have live music some nights which was really very lovely.Food was fine, but I recommend going out for dinners .Service was very good and we enjoyed the bar patio.

It was well maintained and beautifully situated. The breakfast was exceptional. The pools were pristine and serene. The sea view was everything one could hope for.

The property is beautifully situated on a hill with a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. It’s very well maintained , rooms are beautiful and everything is very clean. Breakfast was great and the restaurants had very good food too.

The location is not what we hoped for, the nearest town is 10 min drive but the resort is beautiful and perfect if you just want to relax and be pampered.

Amazing location, beautiful beach, great food, beautiful resort, very Greek feel and look.
