    Pros +

    • OK place to spend the night near Arta. Arta is a small interesting city with a famous bridge worth visiting. The hotel is on a fast main road on the outskirts of the town. Rooms are a good size and quite clean. Breakfast was good, though not included in the room price.
    • Breakfast was good and served in a large nice room. Hotel is spacious with a nice garden and parking. Room was good.
    • Beautiful facilities, pool and dining room. Front desk staff and pool staff are friendly and helpful.

    Cons -

    • The hotel feels neglected and was closing down for the season when we stayed. The facilities feel outdated. The elevator was out of action. We had planned to spend 2 nights but checked out after one.
    • Staff could me more active
    • Our bathroom was not clean, band-aid on our shower wall. The pillows are very hard. Our waitress at the restaurant was very rude and unhelpful.

big, comfortable hotel, seemed to probably be used for large groups and corporate events

heating didn't seem to turn on, but room was a good temperature didn't have a coffee maker in the room (all our other stays offered some kind of free coffee in the room)

The room was clean and comfy! The bathroom was clean. The mattress was good. The hotel is very nicely decorated.

The location and the surroundings are not ideal.

I liked the parking lot, there was always a free spot to park. There were even chargers for EVs. I liked that the response to a request i had was instant and they came with a solution. Staff was polite and the place was clean.

For me, it would be preferable to do without the carpets inside rooms.

We stayed here 9 nights, a family, with 2 teenagers. The hotel is kind of a resort with a big swimming pool, tennis courts, bar, restaurant and it has all that you need. Nice rooms, nice restaurant with good breakfast and good menu for lunch or dinner, the pool is a nice option to spend couple of hours if you want to take a day off to relax. It is a good place for a star vacation if you want to explore Epirus.

The downside is the location. Although the hotel property is very nice, it is located on a road, without any nice views around. Just a flat road. It is not dirty or something but just a bit ordinary place. Not a nice vacation location.

Beautiful pool and hotel, this city has so many things to do.

Front desk and dinner waiter could smile more be friendlier, but maybe this is just Greece.

The breakfast, the common areas, the pool was the best.

The room carpet, the bathroom was dated...

It’s a very nice, clean, albeit old, hotel in the middle of nowhere, near the Albania border. We stopped for a night, we were looking for a chilled option with a pool and decent accommodation. It was pretty much everything we were looking for. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool area is very nice. It was a bit overcrowded since the people who are not hotel guests also use it for a small fee. I like the approach. But I would have preferred more Sunbeds and towels available to accommodate everyone. The cocktails were nice. We did not eat at the hotel, so we cannot comment on the restaurant.

The bathroom could use a bit of renovations. The internet connection could have been better - it was spotty at the pool as well as in the room.

Lots of variety of food for breakfast . Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

Hallways leading to the rooms to dark, could use more lighting.

The hotel was in a great location. Lots of Greek and Roman sites as well as Preveza are all within an hour. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was top notch.

The rooms are a bit old and the air conditioning didnt really do anything but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Nice hotel with many facilities and large rooms

The chairs in the breakfast room are plastic. Furthermore, the maintenance of the rooms is slightly neglected.

Large and clean room with nice balcony

Old fashioned furniture and very bad breakfast

The hotel, its surroundings and overall property, is very nice. The room is big with comfortable bed. They offer an EV charger (they need to come and start it, you cannot use it on your own, but it was perfect for us). Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They offer a kids playground, which was much appreciated.

Pool needs a proper cleaning and the whole property needs a little upgrade - it is well kept but you can easily see that it's an old property. Food could be improved.

Lovely roomsGood air conditioning 2 weddings and 0 disturbancesFriendly staffBig pool 50cm -> 240cm deep

Location wise it’s further out of town and does not benefit from a shuttle to and from town or a bus stop nearby. Nearest one is 1.2km away with no sidewalk. Taxis are available though.

    9KonstantinosPosted on: 8-23-2023

Very nice hotel with full amenities, just outside Arta, but conviniently situated. The swimming pool was very refreshing upon our arrival. The staff was very polite and keen to assist. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet.

The only thing that I could say, is that the beds would need some upgrading...
