Katia Hotel

Friendly, comfortable hotel in a great location in a lovely village. Close to everything but quiet. Slightly dated furniture and fittings but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Great breakfast for only 5 euros extra. I had the top (fourth) floor room with a sea view and a balcony that was as big as the room itself. The balcony was bigger than some flats I've lived in. Only downside was no lift so might not suit someone who doesn't like stairs.

The only negative was the hotel's private car park which was some distance away along very narrow, twisting lanes. It was essentially a rough surfaced old olive grove accessed via a very tight, rusty iron gate that left its mark on my hire car. I would recommend parking along the waterfront which is simpler and free with plenty of spaces.

The staff members were very polite.

The pipes from the sewage system in the bathroom were smelling. The shower area was tiny so it was a project if you didn’t want to turn the room in a pool. We had the bad luck to have a room right above the kitchen ventilation and every morning we were waking up from the sausage and egg smell.

Right in the heart of tow, but not noisy. Old fashioned style but very nice. We had a room with a giant patio.

3rd floor room and no elevator. Impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet.

Owners are so nice and helpful what ever we asked they helped us. Hotel is clean and breakfast is good. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and home mada jam got to try!

Sunday morning is a bit loud because of the church, that is near the hotel.

A very good located hotel in Afissos, just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff is amazing, the breakfast is very good and the rooms are very clean. Thank you for the great time, I would love to come back!

The owners are amazingly welcoming, polite, and helpful. The hotel is super convenient, with a parking, a public parking nearby, next to the sea, with excellent choices for going out around.

last couple of days room next door was occupied which required access across our terrace - not a problem in itself except that then the door to the roof was then unlocked and random people arrived on the terrace !

The breakfast was delicious. The location was right off of the picturesque town square. This is a beautiful town and the price was just right.

We had some minor issues like the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut and the floor got a little wet when we showered but that's par for the course. Not a big deal.

Very clean, great location, lovely breakfast with homemade cakes and pastries, friendly family team.

I enjoyed the large terrace viewing the seaside, the oldtown and the hill, the sounds of the church bells in the morning.

The warm water is not constant.

Great location. Shirt walking distance to the beach and to the local restaurants and shops. Great stuff who welcomed us with a complimentary local treat. We got an upgrade in our initial booking and the room we finally got was beyond our expectations. Amazing sea and mountain view, huge living space and a big bathroom. Cleanliness was spot on! A definite recommendation!
