The atmosphere at Kepos is very relaxing and friendly. The morning meal service was WONDERFUL ! The evening dinner service was also great! Santo is a terrific host. He is very welcoming and helpful. ?

The setting is lovely and the people care to make your stay relaxing . There was a wide selection of food for breakfast including homemade juice and jam from the fruit trees on the property.

A true gem near Etna!The breakfast was truly exceptional – an impressive variety, rarely found in Italy, with fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, honey, and jams from their own garden. The room was spacious and clean. The hairdryer was weak at first, but we got a replacement immediately after asking. The bathroom was also clean and well-kept, though the shower wasn’t fully sealed, so some water leaked out. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The outdoor area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the pool is just as stunning. Plenty of parking available. An ideal spot for visiting Mount Etna – we fell in love with this place and would return to Sicily just to stay here again!

Calm, peaceful with surrounding nature. Daniella at the breakfast place was amazing.The new receptionist was very helpful since she is a local in sicily and recommended delicious local restaurants .Furthermore, the check-in gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bit far from town with no nearby shops or restaurants. Car is a must.

Fantastic and relaxing. Beautiful pool and gardens. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was fantastic. Wonderful view of Mt Etna when the skies are clear. Staff were amazing. Outside of the spa there is not much to do, but as long as you have a car you can drive to any of the usual attractions easily. Very relaxing and enjoyable, highly recommend.

The spacious room and the views from the pool and breakfast terrace are superb. Very nice personnel and an extremely enjoyable stay. keep it up

Beautiful hotel, situated in the middle of a citrus orchard, an oasis of peace and nature, with a wonderful view of the sea and an infinity pool. It is located half an hour from the airport, and from the hotel you can reach all the attractions on the east coast in less than an hour (Taormina, Etna, Catania, Siracusa, etc.). The services are exceptional, all the hotel staff are very kind and try to fulfill all your wishes. The breakfast is very varied and tasty, including savory products, eggs, omelettes, cheese, etc. We did not try the hotel spa or dinner at the hotel.

The location of the resort is a little far away from attractions/restaurants and we needed the car to go anywhere, yet it wasn't a big deal

During our stay at the hotel from 11.10.24 till 15.10.24, the electricity was cut off on the nights of 12-13.10.24, 13-14.10.24 and from 14-15.10.24. Because of this, the air conditioners did not work and we could not sleep normally. There was also no water in the room in the evening and at night from 13-14.10.24, respectively, we could not use the toilet and shower. From 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. there is basically no staff at the hotel and no one to turn to for help. No one responds to calls and messages to the duty number outside of working hours.

A great boutique hotel, at a very high level, large, clean rooms, a great swimming pool, and a wonderful restaurant, an excellent breakfast and you can have very good dinners as well. Wonderful staff, welcoming and very helpful, Andrea is excellent. Very good location for travelers with a car, close to Catania and Taormina, very convenient to the mount Etna , (highly recommended) there are great authentic restaurants nearby. We had a great time, we will gladly come back next time as well.

Very very expensive… the property is lovely indeed, very comfortable and beautiful pool area but the price I paid I would have glady paid them for a taormina residence. The location is good for car driving but it has nothing to offer for a nice walk in town.

From the day we have arrived until our departure, we were welcomed warmley by the whole staff. My husband got sick for one day and they took so well care, brought us everything we have asked for, checked in on us hourly and even got us a doctor. The whole hotel is an eyecatcher, located between Etna and the sea - breathtaking views. A marvellous pool area, everything overlooking the sea. Food was also good and the rooms were very comfortable. If you Lack something, the staff will make sure to fulfill all your needs. This was by far a unique experience and we will definatley return.
