The facility was great, the staff very attentive and delicious food. Various choices on breakfast.

Maybe the pool a bit bigger but that's just me, other than that it does th job.

The room we had did not reflect the 4 stars . It was very small and the bathroom was outdated.

The noise in the hotel. Every whisper in the hotel corridor is amplified to a shout in your room due to the paper thin walls. If you're trying to sleep and people come back late talking, it sounds like they're at the bottom of your bed. And god help you if the person above you snores loudly.

Outside of city, quiet surroundings. Very good breakfast. Clean facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff. Bonus points for speaking Portuguese at reception.

Staff are friendly and totally support with information and an honest answer. The pool is great with an easy pool side service for drinks and snacks. Overall all staff were helpful and you knew they were there to help you. Great all round service!Overall the breakfast was good and well catered for gluten free food.

The bar and dining areas need to be softened up - it feels very industrial and formal in that respect. Adding some ceiling hung drapes and a little bit of colour would do a great deal to make the areas feel more relaxing and enjoyable to sit in.

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and willing to help you. We really enjoyed the pool and the hotel breakfast.

The rooms need to be renovated and get better noise insulation.

The location is quite a drive from Cagliari, which is fine if you have a car. Without a car it would be difficult to get too.

Staff neutral, no effort made. Hotel old. Rooms in a terrible state. Lights in the room old and weak, unable to read a book. Broken fridge. Broken shower. Beds uncomfortable and old, no duvet, only sheets. Tiny garbage can for 3 people. Old towels. Old wardrobe. No beach umbrellas or matts borrow for the day. Door lock broken. Power sockets old Italian style, not standard EU compliant. Breakfast terrible, honestly nothing of quality to eat, very sad.

Amazing and helpful staff at the reception. The best service in hospitality. I was not able to get to the hotel without a car. Giuliano has kindly offered to help with the transport and my check-in at the reception, who also told me about the e-bike rental in their hotel. Daniella offered me her help with booking taxis and some translation and provided kindly useful information on the countryside. Irina helped with our room request and . The staff at the reception are so professional and nice, that they made my journey better. (sorry if i misspelled some names)

The location of the hotel is very nice, only if you have a mobile transport like car or scooter or even bikes. Otherwise it's quite difficult to go from the hotel to the Dune, Porto pino, or nearby beaches.
