Attitude of the staff.

1) no plug adapter available for US. 2) annoying noises from unknown motor inside the room, not possible to ignore (thus finally they changed the room for me at 2:30AM from Room 101 to Room 118. 3) extremely small rooms. 4) the beds are falling down in the center. 5) old floor

Nice clean hotel with good facilities,restaurant is good as is the on site brewery.Handy location.

A little noisy at times (There were a few young footballers staying at the time) but they were generally ok.Very surprised that breakfast is charged extra (not included) at a 4 star hotel.

Spa and pool closed due refurbishment and not mentioned n booking , very disappointed

Noise from some kind of heating / air conditioning or extraction unit equipment all nightOnly 1 pillow

Strongly considering not staying again.

I didn't like the way management never got in contact with me in regards to my recent stay, 2 nights I had to put up with the noise and disruption and never had an apology from the hotel, I have stayed a number of times and this was the first time I had a problem the least they could have done is apologise.

The breakfast was fine. Perhaps too many salad / meat options instead of cereals, etc., but no real complaints.

My room was very small. It felt like a cabin on a ship instead of a hotel, but still, it was fine and did the job for one night.

Breakfast was superb and the staff was really friendly. The pool wasn't anything special but the sauna area was nice.

The nearly 24-hour blackout was not pleasant

I booked for a colleague who didnt have his booking reference on him; staff searched his name and said he had no booking for him and so he rebooked via booking.com. After doing so the hotel realised he did have a booking but said it was in my name and they would refund it. They then changed their mind and said they wouldn’t. I send screen video of my phone showing both bookings and the fact he was named. They still won’t refund instead offered a free breakfast

We had the apartment that was vary spacious and fresh. Big bathroom and powder room.

The tv's were old. No iron in the room. The one we could borrow from reception was dirty and there was nothing to iron on. The SPA facility was closed for renovations. There was no compensation even though we booked he hotel specifically for this reason. Staff were friendly however we ordered breakfast to the room and it was sparse. No salt and pepper. Generally I would say they could do better if one would pay attention to small details.

Good breakfast.

Everything else. Spa was closed for renovations, understandable. Insects on the bathroom walls, dirty floors. Worst of all was drilling and hammering starting at 7 in the morning. Could not sleep AT ALL.

A lot of activities inside the hotel?very good restaurant and great breakfast , very good beer

Clean and tidy hotel

Only one jacuzzi for max 4 people

location is convenient, close to train station; spa entry included, swimming pool was decent and jacuzzi ok; pizza at the restaurant pretty good

room smelled like paint, no safe box in the room,, service was extremely sluggish, sauna only opens after 4pm

Everything was good

Absolutely superb I love it here. Staff are so nice and friendly. Room is clean and comfy and breakfast is outstanding. And of course on site you have a brewery. My bike was stored safely inside the hotel. Until we meet again! I can’t wait!

Little attention in tidying up the room and preparing the bed...same day bottles water yes same no...Pay more attention!

Small room. It’s out of the way location

The breakfast was good every morning. We always had privacy and quiet and very restful.It was close to the people I was visiting. And the people at the receptionist were always helpful and friendly.

There wasn't a lot of chanals on the TV. I don't know why. Next time I book I will see if it is something extra that needs to be pay for. That is about it. besides that I had a wonderful night with my loved one.
