Hotel Villa Belfiori

The rustic feel of the hotel with very quaint rooms. Exceptional bathroom. Air conditioning was really needed, so glad our room had some. Outside space was always clean and tidy surprisingly with all the blossoms falling from the trees. Meals were amazing as was the house wine. The view from the outside restaurant was so beautiful. The pool was perfect for cooling down outside.

The fridge needed a handle I kept catching my fingers trying to open it each time.

Amazing view and location. Fantastic food and personal breakfast settings. Love the staff and and friendly,fun and relaxing atmosphere. Truly a great finale of our Italy trip. We will come back and we can’t wait.

The setting is beautiful. Great views and the garden is pretty.

Staff don't interact with customers. I expected it to be a bit friendlier. . The cleaner was nice though. The bed linen and the towels were a bit past their best as were the rooms. It all could do with a bit of a refresh and some tlc .

No WiFi as advertised. Property a bit tired, air con unit very noisy and rusty. Bed very firm

Very lovely place. Extremely clean and you see everywhere that the owners maintain it by heart.Rooms very clean and with a separate terrace to grant your own space. Breakfast is very cute with a selection of everything you need and a lot if homemade stuff. The homemade bread is super delicious.Also the Restaurant is recommendable and the politeness and attentiveness is to be mentioned!

It is a nice place where we would stay again but not for the price given.For the price we paid, you can ecpext that the Pool is cleaned and the sunbeds are arranged as shown on the pictures. Also no one explained us anything except breakfast times.

There was a pool to jump in. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The restaurant staff was helpful, despite the language differences.

The air conditioner was barely keeping the room cold, and every time the room was cleaned it was turned off. And took forever to get to cool. The pool was getting dirtier and dirtier as the days went by. The morning person with coffee service did not try hard at all to be helpful if you did not speak English. And there was no internet , not even in the public areas. I mean the one tiny bar was here and there.

Swimming pool was excellent, rooms were clean an tidy. The building itself is very nice and the hotel hasnt too many rooms so it is always calm en relaxing.

The quality of the food in the restaurant is not very good. No service during day-time.

This is an amazing location, the staff were attentive, the food was good, we would recommend this to anyone.

We were a little cold in the restaurant but this was due to the time of year and summer not quite upon us.

very nice staff, good breakfast, lots of privacy, walking distance to beautiful sand dunes. we had drinks from the bar in the evenings and were always offered a complementary plate of delicious appetizers

the wifi is not available in the rooms and is not the strongest in the shared spaces either. The pool is quite small and is uncomfortable to use in the presence of other guests. The towels in the room were changed every second day but some of them did not smell very fresh

Amazing view. You could hear the waves from the sea. Host was very friendly! Good for moutain biking!

Mosquito nets would make a lot of sense. Breakfast was quite simple but good. (maybe due to the pandemic)

The staff here are fantastic, really empathetic, kind and lovely they made our stay great. Emanuele speaks good English too, which helped.The history of the Villa itself as well as outstanding sea views were amazing as was the dinner, wow and drinks too (yes we were half board). Breakfast was as you'd expect, could be better (maybe) but they aren't from England so we understand. It was also really hot when we stayed there so sleep was always a challenge, unless we tried some of their amazing alcoholic fruit shots, again another great experience! The parking was fine too.All in all our 4 night stay here was great, we could return.....

I think they need to do a few refurbs and comfort updates.

The view from the room was superb, the nicely surrounding garden ? is pleasant to walk through, room is clean. Breakfast restaurant place overlooks garden & beach. Close by, on the other side is huge sand beach, easy to reach…by car ?.Rooms have water boiling facilities.

Small things that need fixing: outside doors were not opening fully but got stuck in the floor, curtain at the entrance door were broken, thus hanging sadly half way, male people who served seemed to be a bit emotional, most of the request they instantly started with the response - no, it is not possible. We need a receipt ? for the stay & asked to be given proper documents. The young man who was on duty that morning came up with all sort of excuses not to produce such a document in particular & paper format & in unpleasant way.So, customer service could be improved.

The hotel has a beautiful sea view and a great garden. The restaurant on site is also very good and the owners and the entire staff are really nice and welcoming.
