Apartment was clean and good in state

It was an hotel apartment with kitchen but 0 appliances were available there. We booked it through booking.com for an expensiver price than other hotels options we saw. Online was wel mentioned thats with Wellness.but At the reception, we have to pay for Wellnes per day 25,-, and by arrival at hotel we got to knew the culture of this hotel is that at every step we had to pay extra charges for everything we needed. Plus there is 0 entertainment or activity for kids. 0 for that! I have breath issues and cannot tolerate too high and 24x7 heating.... temperatire was too dry of this apartment and no possibility to turn off heater \ floor heater . I requested the rwception but no change.

Spacious, clean two bedroom apartment. Location excellent to explore cities like Veere and Middelburg and enjoy the seashore. Reasonable price with breakfast included. Comfortable beds and bathroom, including a bath.

The rooms were warm and the window in the bedrooms could not be opened. No smart TV/streaming function available

The breakfast was very good, the underground parking with art was interesting…the welness facilities and the location near the beach are nice , our room was clean with big spaces dubble bed was good the bathroom was very clean and spacious

The dark red light entrance and walk through the hall and breakfast corner i found a bit strange..and there was no decoration in the room.We are surprised there was a kitchen with nothing inside … no glasses or cups, no plates ..it felt a bit strange in how the space was divided, the small room with two single beds felt crammed the coziness and decoration from downstairs was missing in the rooms … u can tell the outdoor terrace is rundown and needs dome fixing at the water ponds

good rooms although a bit dated, curtains almost falling off, heating set to 24 degrees

blonde lady at the frontline staff treated my girlfriend like a criminal when she didn't pay for a massage extention right away and wanted it tot be booked to the room. The massage itself was already paid for, we are talking about 15 euro. We left during the evening - obviously paid the 15 euro - and will not return.

Only the bedroom is nice

The staffs couldn’t communicate and inform us about the wellness . If we know from the beginning we will not enter the wellness that you still have to pay for everything. All they care is about is money, and not a pleasure to come back here anymore. Late checkout also charge us €25 more because 1 hour late . Customer service is bad in general of miscommunication!!

Thre breakfast was really good, as well the clean room

The lack of ac in the rooms. When we went to the spa, we ware approached by a staff member to inform us about the ritual from their sauna. Sadly, this conversation left my partner and myself very uncomftable, at the end of this conversation he even blinked at my partner who was by far the youngest girl in the spa.

we received an upgrade and were very happy with this. We even booked and extra night. The rooms were very big and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great gym which is well equipped but no cleaning supplies. When asked for supplies it didn’t get restocked

The size of the room, the location and the wellness facilities

The staff is too formal, no room for a chat. Responses are short and distant.There were spots of baby spit on one of the couches in my room.

Being charged £650 for a cancelled room which was subsequently re-booked. Such poor customer services

You have to pay for everything extra. The Spa is not included, but you pay extra. The bathrobe is not included, but you pay extra. They give you only carton cups to use in your room, if you want to have glasses, you pay extra. I booked a little apartment within the hotel, equipped with a full blown kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and a dozen empty shelves and empty cupboards. But for using it, I had to rent pots and cutlery and dishes extra, for an extra fee…Thanks God soap and toilet paper was for free….!

Great, comfortable rooms. Friendly service. Very good good breakfast and dinners in the restaurant. Very close to the beach. Lovely spa treatments available for extra cost.

I did not realise that the spa facilities (saunas and pools) were all mixed gender and bathing suits not allowed which was a bit of a disappointment. This was mentioned in the small print which I missed.

Also to mention that no swimwear policy apply to wellness + indoor + outdoor poolFor us it was a big dissaiponment as we booked the hotel for Bday weekend, but was not aware of the policy, so we did not use the facilityWas impossible to reach the hotel by phone on the Sunday evening 8:30. The phone had some automated answer in Dutch and after it wents to ringing -forewer with no answer..Tables at breakfast area, 30 min before the end of the breakfast, was full of dirty dishes. We had to search for an empty table, also to set it up by ourselves.You provide a coffee machine and kettle in the room with a paper cups! Really!? Normal cup and at least a small spoon would fit better to your ****

Location and cleannesses

That i booked and option with balcony and i receive a room on the ground floor. Yes with balcony but come on… it should have been mentioned the balcony would be on ground floor. Otherwise i would not book fir such extra.My personal experience is that when booking through Booking.com , hotels abuse a bit and always give a bit what was left …Also additional remark, the breakfast. When we mention the breakfast is within a specific time slot, i find it not nice that 30 minutes before the ending slot, there is half of items missing or not renewed.

It was clean, location and staff in the front desk are nice.

Manager doesn’t react to complains of the customers. Airco wasn’t working, room 30 degrees and they just offer open the windows next to a road. Shower cold water and manager doesn’t care. If you are a Fletcher Hotel Member prices are even higher that if you book with BOOKING.

The location is fantastic: walking distance to Banjaardstrand, one if the greatest beach we ever been to. The hotel has a good parking (both underground and open air). Our family suite had spacious rooms, completely soundproof, comfortable beds, and fairly clean.

The property has not been renovated since a long time, floor carpets look shabby for the price and positioning of the hotel. Be careful reading every detail about your rooms: you receive a kitchen, but no cups or plates or cuttleries (available to rent at €25). Swimming pools and spa come at extra charge, kids <16 y.o. not allowed, no swimwear allowed. The choice and quality of food at breakfast do not correspond to the 4-star rating: the omelet was tasteless, fruits barely edible.
