- Nice, spacious room, but a bit cold
- Information with hotel was good. Room clean, spacious , quiet and very warm. Staff polite and informative and helped with every query. Hotel restaurant great service and delicious food. Great location to centre, castle and transport.
Cons -
- We arrived at 18:30 and the lady at the reception was exceptionally rude. The worst check in experience in my whole booking.com experience. Very rude, did not care about anything, stated that I can give her bad review, she does not care. I have never had a check in like that. Maybe this hotel should not be on booking.com? She did not care about anything. Initially stated that I did not have reservation. After checking and realising that I booked via booking.com her tone of voice changed.
