Landgoed De Holtweijde

It has all the facilities that we are looking for in a resort. Swimming pool and tennis courts for me and my son. The room is nice and cozy. The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.

Maybe the one thing to nitpick is the breakfast. The selection is a bit less for what the hotel is charging.

We had a lovely stay at Landgoed De Holtweijde. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the wellness facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool. Highly recommended!

Everything. Such a charming property. It's pet friendly, had an amazing sauna that you could book privately by the hour and an amazing on site restaurant. We felt truly disconnected and recharged. The staff was great and the property was beautiful and peaceful.

We stayed in the Bosuil room, which is truly a unique and special experience – perfect for a romantic getaway or special occasion. Nestled in the middle of the woods and fields, it offers a beautiful sense of remoteness and calm. The view from the private terrace is absolutely breathtaking, and the little fireplace inside adds a warm, cozy touch that made our stay even more memorable.The property itself is spacious, surrounded by greenery, with plenty of peaceful corners for guests to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers and those looking to unwind.

As a SPA hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of wellness offerings. For instance, it was disappointing that no massages were available on Sundays, which limits options for weekend guests. We arrived on Saturday for 1 night and the message service was already fully booked for the day.Another area that could be improved is the restaurant service in my opinon. Unfortunately, our experience there did not meet expectations – some staff came across as inattentive or even slightly rude at times, which affected the overall impression of hospitality. For a place of this standard, a warmer and more professional service would make a big difference.

Amazing location, friendly staff, good food

Many guests bring their dogs (and even cats!) to the cottages. When we checked into the first cabin, there was a strong dog smell right away. Thankfully, we were able to switch, but the new one still wasn’t great. Overall, the cottages feel a bit greasy, with stains on the walls and carpets. A proper deep clean is really needed—this isn’t the level of cleanliness you’d expect for the price

Warm welcome, very cozy place and well maintained property. We loved our Junior Suite, the nice dinner and royal breakfast buffet. Great stay!

The changing rooms for the pool (and pool water too) are a bit too cold for our taste.

I recently stayed at Landgoed De Holtweijde and had a fantastic experience for my Partner Birthday,From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities the restaurant was fantastic with my partner and I were very happy thank you very much, we will definitly come back

Food was the best, also the staff from the restaurant was very professional and kind.

Heating system that is closed during the night and then next day we had to call 2 times until mid day someone fix it. Room was very cold without that.

Houses too close to each other, in out of season u see people in other houses- not as private as one would like that

The heating stopped working on the first night and it was freezing. But the staff were really great fixing it and accommodating the problem.

This is our second stay at this beautiful, stunning place. We love the warmth you feel when you walk into the reception, the friendliness of the staff, and the charming restaurant. We even had our own little Christmas tree in our room. We are planning to make use of the Spa with our next stay. Cherry on the cake was the snow this morning :-)

The room and the facility was pretty good.

The room was not clean enough, it was smelly. I think because it was dog allowed room, but i would expect it to be cleaned better.

The hotel had a quiet and lovely view of nature. The room is spacious. .

Massages were great. Sauna was very nice. Food was good. General atmosphere of the whole place is very calm and relaxing. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Not a big deal but one of the restaurant staff (older lady) was a little bit rude because we didn't see the "wait to be seated" sign. Could have been a bit more kind.

The room is comfortable, the shower is nice.

The double bed is separated into two combined single beds . So in case you want to sleep as a couple , it's not possible. The staff in the breakfast dining room are nice , but if you want to sit and relax on a long weekend breakfast they will make it clear for you that your time is up. Efficiency above all.

Location fantastic. You can take bikes and go to nice small town nearby Ootmarsum with nice restaurants.View fantastic. You like live in the Village if you Grandma.Atmosphere restaurant with fire zone were you start from drinks.Big parking space.Big rooms.

Room could of been cleaner, dust on mirror and dirty toilet when we arrived

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly staff. Staff were so helpful when my water broke, Landgoed De Holtweijde will have a special place in our hearts now.

We had to leave early :( and never slept there for the one night we booked. I were pregnant but still far from the due date. Little did we know that our boy would decide to come, my water broke at the hotel after the lovely dinner we had. Just sad we couldn't spend the night and the rest of the following day.
