Very cozy, friendly people, and an amazing vieuw!!!
We missed some space in the room to put the suitcase etc
We liked everything actually. The hotel was beautifully decorated and they very much welcome dogs. In my experience first hotel who doesn't charge extra for dogs. They really love dogs and even allow them in breakfast rooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK. It was not fancy and they don't have buffet brekfast. They serve everything on the table according to the number of people, which is enough. You can ask more if you want, they will serve.
I didn't like the location much as there is nothing around. Giethoorn is definitely a nicer place to stay but as we didn't fins any hotels available in Giethoorn we opted for this hotel.
The room was very comfortable, large and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner was very tasty
Only 20 minutes away from our day out in Giethoorn and booked the house for 6 persons because of the jacuzzi and sauna.
The sauna we couldn’t get to work and we managed to get someone from the hotel to try to get the hot tub to work. He said that it hadn’t been working properly for a long time! This made us 17 minutes late for our dinner reservation in the hotel and we were told the kitchen would be closing in ten minutes (8pm). No table had been set up for us anyway so just make sure you are on time! Luckily we were allowed to eat. Nice staff. Food was ok. Three bedrooms but we had to make our own beds! Unfortunately one of the rooms is above the generator so it was loud in the room and the floor vibrated. On checking out the lady was apologetic and said it normally gets switched off. Basic accommodation that needs a facelift and new hot tub. Such a shame!
Rented bikes to ride in countryside at a great price. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast
Location near the river very tranquil
Mosquitoes and the face that rooms have no air conditioners! It was very humid very hot and we got sick from it with chest infection Food is way overpriced We were charged 6e for small bottle of water
Close to Geithroon city
Staff was not very helpful expect Sony
Wifi was good, restaurant was good. You have a complete house with garden, sauna and Jacuzzi. Complete separate kitchen with large refrigerator oven/ microwave dishwasher. Large livingroom with large dining table. Large master bedroom. Although we did not use it, there is everything for babies. "The orgidieeenhoeven" was our main goal for this holiday and that is a very nice place to visit when you are in this location.
We had to make up our bed. The stairs are rather steep which might not be good for people who have difficulties with that. It is a rather long drive (about 10-15 minutes) to the nearest supermarket. Although it was not hot when I was there, there is no airco.
Breakfast is great .The staff was very friendly great service, comfortable bad , very tasty food in restorant I recommend the ribs ,
we have bad weather
amazing spot in Kalenberg!room was very clean and well prepared for our stay.Sauna & Jacuzzi perfectly working and we enjoyed our Jacuzzi time in the middle of aThunder storm!private parking for our villa and you are parking your car just next to the door!very quite and decent location and close to the lovely Giethoorn!
NA
It is a peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood. We like especially the road that leads to the nearby national park.
The staircase up to the bedrooms is abit narrow. Also, some of the kitchen utensils are abit old and need to be replaced.
good location next to picturesque walk to Ossenzil and the shower
bed, soundproofing, service
In general, the room is okay but some dust on the floor.
The toilet smelled terrible and a lot of mosquitoes.
Amazing and cozy room outbuilding...Big and super comfortable. Small but useful private garden. We felt like being at home. The staff was very gentle and welcoming. At the hotel is possible to have dinner (and it was really good) and there's possibility to rent boats for canal tours. Great everything. Strongly suggested hotel....impossible to regret
Beuatiful area, breakfast was great, nice sauna, good value for money.
We had to make our own beds clean sheets where left on the beds, room wasn't ready at check in time about an hour late, Jacuzzi wasn't ready with the late check in took till very late about 10 pm than we let kids in although it was only warm still not hotamd the jets didnt work properly.
The staff is super friendly, the room was fantastic with a view on the water and the food was excellent. Breakfast is great and we will go back again.
The fan, bathroom, cleanliness, balcony, view, location, breakfast, quiet, peaceful, friendly staff were all top top top!!!
The food at the restaurant on the menu was pretty pricy. The veggie burger was not really edible and overpriced. Menu was only in Dutch. Big mosquito problem, although the hotel did take measures to put an anti-insect curtain on the balcony door. Although dogs are allowed, and there was a lovely “doggie bar” at the restaurant with water bowls we had no bowls in the room for our dog. I am sure though if we had asked they would have brought us the bowls. The stairs to the rooms were a bit tricky- steep and small steps where we had to put our feet sideways to safely climb them. For a small dog, not so safe, so I had to carry her.
