Pros +
- Very attractive price, good breakfast.
- Parking and small breakfast.
- Room was as expected, clean and plenty hot water.Breakfast was excellent and the locations is very quiet.
Cons -
- Hotel needs complete renovation. Clumsy bathroom. Dirty carpets in the corridors.
- Dated dirty rooms with old broken furniture, staine walls and carpet, also in hallway. Unfriendly, almost rude personnel. Coffee tasted old. Not at all what I am used to from Fletcher hotels. Never again....
- On arrival we had to wait nearly 10 minutes before we got booked in. Only 1 person serving the front desk, the restaurant and the bar. She was friendly enough but just too busy. This is not right.

Convenient location, good breakfast, nice view across the valley
Rooms a bit cool
Breakfast was great
Rooms needs renovation especially bathroom countertop
The view from the dining room is nice (countryside, fields).
The whole hotel is run down, just like our bedroom. There was a hole in the carpet/floor and I saw a mouse escape in the hole when we came in. :-( We were on the first floor at the back, where the staff goes to smoke and chat, so in the morning and evening, we heard them talking and we smelled smoke. Not nice.
very friendly people working there. exellent breakfast. Great location for walking. You can start your walks right when you leave the hotel, You don't need to go with a car somewhere. enough parking space . There are rooms with a view and balcony on the back that have great vieuws over the valley. The more cheaper rooms are on the front with no special vieuw.
The hotel is a bit old what has on the one side absolutely it's charm but om the higher floors where the hotelrooms are the hallways/corridors has a bit of a rundown/in need of a facelift look. The shower and toilet in the cheaper room had only kind of saloon doors which don't give much privacy sound wise. I think the other a bit more expensive rooms will have closed bathroom doors.
The rooms are outdated, but the pleasant view, the superb breakfast and the staff's friendliness are fantastic and make up for a lot!
Rooms are outdated
Place is very calm and relaxing. Nice garden for evening gathering. Breakfast was rich and tasty.
Bed was to soft
nice property with beautiful neighbourhood
need more maintenance, specially in the room.
Good breakfast, friendly staff, good location
The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, I found hairs from previous guests on the walls. Overall the hotel rooms look a bit shabby, could use a renovation
Great restaurant; very dated bedroom, and bathroom
The staff were very friendly at checkin, checkout and throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and well-presented. The room was dated, especially the bathroom, but definitely clean.
The beds were awful - both me and my friend slept very badly and both had sore backs the next morning. The bathroom is still as originally-decorated...60s/70s tiles etc. The bathroom was clean though so that was OK.
Location, close to hiking paths
Dirty, outdated, dangerous (stairs), staff bit grumpy.
Nice location and view from balcony on countryside is very relaxing
Bed too softFilthy carpet in hallway and not clean in roomAll amenities in the room are worn-outWallpapers, curtains, carpet and whole bathroom need a serious refresh.
Quiet place with parking. Pets friendly.
Price became higher than booking.com offered.
big room, breakfast was good, friendly staff
seemed like a pretty old building, with noisy rooms, shower space in a small bath tub, dinner was modest
The are is really nice, the hotel has nice view, it's small but very convenient
The furniture of the room was so old
The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok (price -quality). The location is great! (Noorbeek is beautiful)
Outdated decor. Old en bad quality beds. Old smelly bathroom. Noisy. The door to the hallway had some gaps so the light came through all night.
Good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. Good location
Room lacked bed side table, coffee machine and hair dryer
