Control system for heating up the house, was switch off to often. Then temperature in the house was not optimal. Once to warm, once to cold. Other things ok. Parking places, areas for rest ... in summer time. Nice places to visit in short range around.

The holiday houses are great,clean when we arrived. Check in was simple and fast, staff friendly and polite. Support people were excellent, had a problem while there and handled it immediately and efficiently. Even took off their shoes to come in!!!Was there in the winter and can not say what it would be like in the summer with families and children. Would definitely go again. Did not use the restaurant but I am sure it would of been fine. Shopping is near by but you do need an car to reach the stores.

The mattresses keep sliding a part and there was always a canyon between my wife and I. Bothersome for us. We have been there 2 years in a row and both years had a problem. 1st year the heating didn't function when we arrived and this year had a plugged drainage pipe and the utility closet took on water. Must say though, the repair / support people were great and took care of both problems in a very timely manner. I would like to thank them again. Would still go back to this place again!

Naitthing they charge 250 e fee becouse i take ciggarett from garden a nd splash in toilet.they not have any sheme ! Just look to charge extra! Any way Karma always come back!!!

the accommodation was really good, the welfareness facilities were amazing, the sauna and the jacuzzi, the house space was good, the location is in the center of the nature.

there was a dirty smell when we first entered the house and this smell was increasing when closing the windows, but we told the reception, they sent someone to fix that.also some unexpected stuff you have to pay for renting them like towels, air conditioner, faster wifi !!

In middle of nowhere. No shops for essentials. No towels supplied. Nobody you can ask for anything after 7.00pm. Staff was not helpful at all.

We appreciated the outdoor table and chairs, the pool and the kids adored the playground. The location is perfect.

The beds are too soft and there are no recycling separation bins in the chalet while you are expected to carry the garbage to the containers at the exit and separate it there.

Great, spacious cabins in a wonderful green setting. Friendly reception, good swimming pool to cool down at hot days, good restaurant at the same grounds. Love the small garden area around every cabin. Beautiful surroundings for fycling and hiking.

Small things only: If you like to cook at the cabin, not all utensils are there. Extra charges for AC. Dishwasher doesn't always clean properly.

Parc was nice, location was good. We stayed during the month December and it was a nice area for a walk, close to Valkenburg and Maastricht. Great accommodation if you just want to chill and do your thing. Staf from the reception was very kind and helpful.

The restaurant displayed a chocomel mug, but when we wanted to get a cup, we were told this was not sold. (only feedback that I have) everything else was great!

Great location, lovely new houses that are decently clean with private terrace and parking, very comfortable beds including bedding, friendly staff, nice swimming pool

Wall isolation could be better, bunk beds very stable connected to the wall but making a lot of noise when getting in/out/turning, no railing on top bunk bed

The location is fantastic in front of a hill. The chalet was very clean and most importantl no insects or dust. There was a private parking for the chalet. The chalet seemed as new. Our windows, I think, were the only ones to have a mesh for the insects which was very helpful. We liked the gas-cheminet. Nice swiming pool for children. We recommend it.

There is not much of privacy since all the chalets were very close to each other and no (bio)separation among them. They have to pay attention to maintaining the toilets and also the electric machines such as the vaccum cleaner and the oven. I did not like the fact that we would have needed to pay 5euros per day for the air conditioning. Also, The photos on the site tell that there is a big play ground for the children, but it is actually not yet constructed. There should be some sort of central station for receiving not extremely urgent calls after the reception is closed. The only available number is the emergency number.

Accommodation clean and well maintained. Park at a nice location and also well maintained.Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception.

Accommodation was very basic and not as spacious and luxurious as displayed on this website.We reported this to the reception. They offered us another unit, but that one was not better.Couch was worn out.

Check in was fast and good. Top parken provided us with some coffee tea and several cleaning materials, this was very usefull during our stay.

Nice comfortable and quiet place!

Due to the current construction area there was a lot of dust on the road that moved up by the passing cars. The staff tried to get rid of the dust by wetting the road, but that only helped for a short time.

Great location - close to Valkenburg, Gulpen, Eys and many other nice towns. Really close to many walking paths and trails. Views on the Keutenberg. All in all a perfect base camp for walking, running or cycling trips. Cabins are basic, but clean. It's a nice touch to have a dishwasher and a small oven. The pots, pans and utensils are of surprisingly good quality.

It's pretty expensive to stay as a couple, makes way more sense when staying in four or five. It's a true holiday park, so cabins are situated pretty close to one another. Check-in times could have been more flexible than between 15:00 and 17:00.
