Hotel Krainerhütte

You cannot reserve a certain type of room - garden or park. You book a room and they give you what they have. I asked to get the other type but was rejected.

Location is good, room was spacious with a nice view of the forest

was very warm and had no air conditioning, made do with fans provided. Pillows were too soft, no iron in the room

Some rooms are facing the street which will be noisy at times (“business rooms”). No AC- so during hot summer days you will nonetheless need to open the windows.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with great heating and instant warm water. The breakfast was high-class, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Although we didn't use the conference facilities, they seemed remarkable and are worth considering for future needs.

The bed was a bit crackly, and the pillow was softer than I prefer. Adding a hot water maker to the room could enhance the overall experience.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the room was spacious and with a great view, also breakfast was really spectacular with a lot of delicious options, free parking available in front and beautiful suroundings with trails

We visited in very cold months, but the room was super hot, I guess the heating was turned on so much, that the air was so dry, we had to sleep with the window open, as there was no visible system to change the temperature. The beds were also quite hard, the staff's attitude was however quite cold and reserved.

This hotel truly took our breath away. This place is heaven, and for dog owners, it's a paradise. We arrived with some skepticism due to recent reviews we had read on Google, but all our doubts were dispelled. Our stay at this hotel was an amazing experience from start to finish, and we wouldn't change a thing. We only regretted that we stayed for just one day, but we will definitely return for a longer visit in the future. Dogs are warmly welcomed, pampered, and spoiled here. They can go practically anywhere with you, except for the spa area. In the room, we were greeted with bowls and treats for our dog, a blanket, waste bags—everything was just perfect. The surroundings of the hotel is magnificent.Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to help or offer advice. The check-in process was probably the fastest I've ever experienced. The room was also fantastic: very spacious, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The room also had a minibar with some basic non-alcoholic drinks and beer. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is served buffet-style, all-you-can-eat. And the buffet was simply amazing. There was a wide selection of salads, several main courses, various sides, cheeses, and desserts—the choices were extensive. What’s important is that every dish was of very high quality and delicious. We enjoyed our meal tremendously, and it was an indulgence well worth the money. The next day, we also had breakfast at the restaurant, again buffet-style, and it was wonderful. Once again, a very wide selection, with everything we like. In conclusion, our stay at Hotel Krainerhütte was an amazing experience. This is exactly how we imagine a hotel should care for and pamper its guests. This hotel can proudly boast its four stars from Hotelstars Union, as it fully deserves them. We can definitely recommend this hotel, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay.

There was nothing wrong with our stay. The only issue might be that they pampered us so much that now we’ll expect the same standard from other hotels, which might be a bit of a problem. :-)

The breakfast was great with a wide selection to chose from. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. The location was great. Nicely tucked away in nature but just a short drive from the city center and the airport.

The shower head wouldn't stay in place so you would have to hand hold it while showering. There was no aircon but there was a fan in the room. The dinner menu is a bit pricey but there are restaurants a few minutes away with cheaper options.

Everything is perfect! Like a nice surprise and puzzles! All you need is here! Forest, water, enjoyment, good food and excellent personal, perfect services!!!!

Excellent hotel 10 minutes drive from Baden , own parking, very good food, friendly personal, good wifi. lovely grounds Strongly recommend as a weekend break.

Nothing to dislike

Great location, beautiful garden, cool swimming pool, excellent breakfast and dinner, the chef of the kitchen, Laci is the king! Every colleagues, staff at the restaurant are kind and helpful. Close to Baden, where you can find many choices for foods, coffee and entertainment. Strongly recommended place. I’ll come back definitely.

The room I had overlooked the car park, the carpark lights at night constantly shine through the curtains so the room is never dark. There was no aircon and when I opened the window to let some cool air in, the noise from the road was terrible. When I mentioned this to the staff at checkout I got the reply, "Ah, you had a business room" as if this somehow made it acceptable. I have never stayed in a business room that had no tea or coffee facilities in the room or complimentary water. I travel a lot and this was a poor service. Also the fridge didn't work.

Great overall location, a lot of forests around, nice wellness indoor pool cristally clean, 1 finish sauna. Everything was extremely clean. I had a business room which was very nice. Restaurant dinner & breakfast a lot of choices great quality. Nice staff. Very nice hotel. Definately will come back.

Very beautiful place. The surrounding Vienna's forest is very nice place.Perfect restaurant.Very nice personnel.

During our stay it was very hot. The rooms are without air condition.
