Everything was just right !
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable room.
Shading curtains could be thicker to block out more light.
Perfect location, this was my 4th visit to this hotel, location is good, staff is super, own parking space
Comfortable location if the purpose of travelling to Baden is visiting the theater or Thermal baths. Clean, big room, good breakfast. Most of the basic services are in place. Complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.
The hotel claims to be rated 4* which is true but only according to the Austrian rating. Internationally it‘s a fair 2+/3* stay. No coffee machine in the room, no snack machine in common areas. If you come after 10 pm, your dinner option is cheap peanuts or waffles in the mini-bar. Can‘t cost more than 150 euro for a double room in the high season.
Freindly polite staff firstly, good parking, clean and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent for local restaurants, shops and bars, all within 5-10 minute walk.
