Hostal Molins Park is located in a quiet area of Ibiza Town, 1640 feet from the center. It offers an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with a TV. The rooms at the Hostal Molins Park feature tiled floors and simple décor. Each one comes with a safe, mini-bar and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a private terrace. Next to the guest house’s 24-hour reception is the snack bar, which serves a daily buffet breakfast. Staff at reception can arrange car and motorbike rental, as well as offering tourist information. - Very little comforts mattress hard. Old fashioned bed covers, very little heat, no duvet.

- I STAYED HERE FOR 4 NIGHTS LAST WEEK. MY ROOM WAS ON THE ROADSIDE, QUITE DARK, 2 SINGLE BEDS PUSHED TOGETHER. THERE WAS NO DUVET, ONLY2 LIGHT COVERS AND AN OLD FASHIONED HARD BEDSPREAD. I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO GET WARM.THE PILLOWS WERE HARD BUT ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE BATHROOM WATER NEVER ROSE ABOVE TEPID FOR THE WHOLE TIME. HOWEVER, MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT ALTHOUGH I BOOKED THROUGH AN AGENT AND PREPAID IN FULL FOR THE 2 NIGHTS I WAS PRESENTED WITH A BILL OF E15, FOR WHAT IM NOT SURE ...UPON QUERYING THEY SAID ABOUT A LEVY ? T. I REFUSED TO PAY THIS AS THEY COULDNT GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION FOR THE EXTRA COST OVER THE AGREED COST. THEY THEN THREATENED TO PUT ME OUT IF I DIDNT PAY THIS EXTRA MONEY, EVEN THOUGH MY 2ND NIGHT WAS PAID IN ADVANCE. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE. I FELT FORCED TO PAY OR BE PUT OUT. I AM A QUIET, SINGLE SENIOR LADY AND WAS TREATED WITH GREAT DESTAIN BY THE STAFF. MY FRIEND, INCIDENTALLY, STAYED IN ANOTHER ROOM AND WAS CHARGED E2.30 FOR A SMALL PAPER CUP OF MILK WHEN SHE WAS ILL IN BED FROM FOOD POISONING, EVEN THOUGH SHE DIDNT AVAIL OF BREAKFAST FOR WHICH SHE PAID E12. THEY REFUSED TO BRING THE MILK UPSTAIRS TO HER ROOM FORCING HER TO GO DOWN 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS IN HER WEAKENED STATE (NO ELEVATOR) I FELT THAT THE OVERALL SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS WAS UNFRIENDLY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY GREEDY FOR MONEY FOR ANY SMALL SERVICE REQUESTED. WHILE WAITING IN THE QUEUE TO PAY MY BILL THERE WAS AN ANGRY ALTERCATION BETWEEN ANOTHER GUEST OVER HIS BILL. I MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL ACTUALLY IN THE TOWN CENTRE, NOT UP A HILL WITH MANY STEPS, AND HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY WITH A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FOR A BETTER PRICE . A VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
