The view and the proximity to the lake

The place was totaly abandoned at night. there was no other guests or crew except usStingy attitude related to the hotel's guests (Breakfast, Room's equipment, etc.)Price was extremely high related to benefit

Friendly staff, was perfect for 1 night as a travel stop, but im sure its even better if you stay longer because of the beautiful lake and landscape. You could drink in the bar / terrace till 11 at night!

Only the location was great, no doubt. Nicely located near a lake which offers boating, swimming, rowing and other options and it is nice for bikes and hikes and very very pristine and peaceful. We loved the location which was the reason to book it.

The hotel is older and run down. It does not meet the standards for any stars whatsoever. I would not have paid even half of the 240 euro that we had to pay if I had seen it. The door to the balcony was damaged and was not closing well which caused a problem every time you had to go on the balcony. There is no privacy between the balconies and there is no sound proofing in the rooms, you hear every noise. There were a lot of mosquitoes and no net on the door. There was no little fridge or air conditioning or a phone not even water in the room, horrible. The name of the hotel has a restaurant in it but there is no restaurant and it is not centrally located to find one. The balcony was dirty with spider webs. The battery in the sink would wet you every time you try to turn on the water. The staff was polite but cold. The breakfast was at its very minimum. We did not even get to look at the spa as we could not sleep well on the not so comfortable beds and pillows and we were bitten all night by the mosquitoes that made it in the room. Horrible experience. Would not recommend it unless you have money to throw away.

Beautifully set by a lake reached through a large lawn garden. Elegant entrance with elevator. Large clean bedroom with balcony and view on the lake and green rolling hills. Generous breakfast served on the terrace. The owners managers were most courteous and helpful.

The location - close to the lake - was excellent.

The property was old. The bed was not comfortable. The facilities at the hotel were not convenient, spa doesn’t work and the staff was not very kind. The hotel restaurant works only for breakfast and also they don’t have a child bed which you have to carry it with you.

Great location next to the bicycle trails. Very friendly staff. Pool and sauna, private beach with usage of SUP and boat for free. Good wine selection.

A small fridge or minibar would be useful in the room.

A perfect location and excellent service at the reception and during the breakfast with much charm and nice surroundings!

Location, nature, staff, breakfast, spa and beach.

The direct access to the lake is great; free breakfast, which was okay; free parking; free access to indoor pool and spa; spacious rooms (partly with a balcony); very quiet. big and remote property;

The interior is old, but the provided pictures show that in a transparent way; if you are looking for a new and modern hotel, this is not your choice; if you are looking for a few relaxing days at a lake, this is a possible choice;

- The location is amazing! The hotel is located directly on the Irr lake and has a nice access to it - It has a small private beach with free chairs. It is very quiet and beautiful- You can rent a rowing boat for free- The rooms are big, clean and generally well mentained- The balcony of the room was really nice and big- The SPA area is seemed very good (we didn't use it)

- I believe the value for money is not that good. For almost 250€/night/room you expect a bit more- The rooms are in general a bit old, with a separate toilet without a sink and a very small shower cabin- The toilet was not that clean - No mini-bar in the room (which you'd expect in a 4* hotel room)- The breakfast is very basic. I understand the hotel is run only by a couple and what they do is very sweet, but the food options are quite limited- No AC in the room

Close proximity of the Irrsee lake. Friendly staff, we were allowed to use the facilities even after check-out. We didn‘t make use of the wellness area but it looked quite clean and well equipped.

There is no restaurant - even though the description on booking.com says so. There is little love to detail, not much decoration, no matching colors in the room. Furniture is a bit dated.The beach area could deserve some love as well.

Shared balcony + missing A/C = lack of fresh air in the room, when there was a smoker in the neighbouring room :(

Quiet location, private access to lake, friendly owner. Good breakfast too. Can rent a boat.

fairly expensive for being past its peak performance

Friendly staff and nice big room. Also we got to use the spa facilities after check out. The hotel is located in a very nice surrounding with lots of possibilities to hike, bike or what ever you please.

Maintenance was a bit out dated in the spa area and in the shower on the room. Bar had limited selection of drinks and no music. Most of all the summary on the @Booking.com site was misleading. It promised a restaurant. That is why we booked it after a 10 hour drive. The facility does not have a restaurant.

Big advantage for the beach,sunbeds with pillows. Breakfast could have more options of hot items but it was good. Free parking. Nice terrace with lake view.

Swimming pool should be warmer and it would be nice to have possibility to rent cycles. There should be a closed shower or at least curtain as the bath tub was open.

All excellent. Great breakfast, cozy and super clean room, and friendly personnel. Obviously, they do this with passion and I am surely coming back soon.

If anything I missed a fridge in the room.

Beautiful location, the property has direct access to the lakeside via private grounds: a beautiful, calm, green area (grass, trees) with plenty of space for sun loungers / deckchairs ending into the tranquil lake.Very accomodating staff: they were happy to have us check in later than what was specified on the platform, offered upon request to keep our luggage safe after check-out until the evening, and were happy to have us stay at the hotel's lakeside private area for the day after checking out

Although it is clear that the place once used to be pretty well equipped and relatively high-end, it has definitely seen better days and it is not very well cared for anymore. What we really didn't like was the lack of cleanliness: our bathroom was crusty, in particular the glasses put there for drinking were most definitely not clean and had been previously used. Visiting the pool, common bathrooms and changing rooms in the spa/pool area we also found some pretty wild stuff.That being said, we were only there for one night, arriving late, and didn't talk to the staff about this. I am sure they would have rectified the situation.

Far distance from the bus stop. The hotel is in the country side. Almost accessible through personal car. Great topographic view

The view to the lake is awesome, the hosts are super friendly, the rooms are spacious and excellent beds.

Very nice private lake-access, very good breakfast with local specialities , big rooms with balconies, remote & quiet location - perfect for biking and swimming.

Beds had old mattresses, hotel facilities and service felt 3-star
