cozy, friendly, clean and great value for your money
The manager Astrid was wonderful. She changed my single room to a lovely double room after I "complained" that the single room looked like a hostel. The double room single occupancy was huge and it has a balcony with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. She also recommended good restaurants and hiking trails which we really appreciated. The chambermaid also moved my stuff from the initial room to the new room while I was having breakfast and that I found so considerate and service oriented. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was great offering a wide variety of food.
Practically nothing.
Everything, one of the best breakfast we have had… Did not have to eat again until late afternoon. We booked this last minute due to another hotel not being so good. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we were very much taken care of. Ingrid was amazing, and spoke to us in English (being from Scotland & Iran) we only wished we could have stayed longer… 5 star from us.
