Tour-Motel

Basic, simple & clean. It had everything we needed for the one night. Very easy communication - all online via booking.com. We arrived late, easy sequence of obtaining the key although no staff present - instructions explained online.PERFECT for our one night stay after a very long drive. Clean, comfortable bed to rest, clean & private shower room.Parking right in front of the building.

We cannot think of anything negative to say. You know what you are getting - the online specification & description is very accurate.

Motel is in good location, convenient for a stop.

The room appeared clean, but had a dusty stagnant smell, deep clean needed.It is good to have picnic benches outside, but they are in need of repair or update.

Very good transit location to CZ. We stay not first time. Like this MOTEL each time. Easy self check-in.

I had an issue to self-check in (due to some booking.com issue with my reservation as I was told) but personel helped quickly even as it was night when I arrived. I had to just call them and in a few minutes it was solved.

no major issue: when getting the keys through the machine I didnt get a receipt (even if instructions on screen mentioned to take the receipt). Also, I filled in my personal data in the form that was in the room: instead of leaving the filled form in the room I would have preferred to put it in a box at the reception but I saw no such box.

There was a strange smell in the room. I used this place a few times in the past already and it was first time like that. It wasn't so bad to give a negative review but wasn't pleasant too.

Limited privacy in the bathroom. It's part of the room and not fully separated.

On the booking. Com I saw information, that there US common kitchen. But it was opened 9.a.m. -1 p.m. A next closed till next day. ( microwave and refrigererator).One light in the room aprox. 20 W. No WiFi.

it is very close from the highway, so easy to get to from the road.

It is very plain, very boring. Two simple beds, very simple desk, TV with boring channels on that's it, oh and the bathroom is not even a separate room, its just a piece of "pretend to be a wooden wall"separating it from the room. it is only OK, when you are very, very tired from driving and all you need to do is sleep, then wake up and gooooo again.

Was driving through Austria and got tired, decided to check booking.com for any available accommodation, and found this place. It's a contactless hotel, was one o'clock in the night, in the add it said, that you can come any time, when paid straight in it showed as check in at 11 in the morning, went to a place in 30 minutes thinking maybe it's a mistake, got the lady on the phone, saying that i don't have a room tonight, everything is booked, so come in 10 hours.... said i wanted to cancel, they wouldn't let me, contacted booking.com, nothing from them... 75 euro well spent....

Easy way to check in/out. Unfortunately payment in check-in machine was not working (both NFC and card) but after call the service came to the motel and accept the payment

It’s easy to find and check-in. Good location, calm and comfortable.

Location was good and there was secure room for our bikes

The only thing that didn’t work was the television, but that was a minor issue

Despite the information in booking indicated the checkout time was 10am, there was a banner in the room indicating to leave the room by 9am maximum, since I was driving until very late the night before, this was a big dissapointment and not matching the information displayed in Booking.com

Good location, close to the highway.

thin walls, we could hear our neighbours.Automatic check-in didn't work - some system error during payment by card, however! hot-line worked well - the host arrived after minutes and check-in was completed.

Good value for money. 24/7 self check-in is a convenient option. The place was clean and quiet, exactly what you need to have a rest when travelling by car.

Very easy check in process, no need to talk with anybody, which actualy is a positive thing after long ride, also it's good that we shoulnd't worry about our arrival time.

6. room key doesn't work ok, I couldn't open it, my husband somehow managed to open doors. It's issue, when nobody is around. Room is very small.
