- Great staff and breakfast! Comfortable bed and great views. Price to quality ratio amazing.
- The owner and family are wonderful, helpful, and kind. The location was a bit difficult to find at first, perhaps better instructions to find the hotel would be helpful. IE: "drive towards Werfen after coming under freeway bridge and take the turn right after the car repair agency on the right side. Sigm on the turn way is school bus pickup "in German of course. Breakfasts are typical Austrian fare with super choices and a fabulous coffee/cappucino machine/. Besides breakfast there is no other food served, but there is coffee and drinks available at an extra charge. No elevator so if stairs are an issue you need to be aware. Lovely views from terraces and beautiful grounds.
- The location was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned up daily.
Cons -
- Lighting over stair areas. Whats not to like? It was lovely.
- Check-in too late (16:00) and check-out too early (09:30).
