Hotel Berghof Graml

The room we stayed was very comfortable, cozy and warm. They took care to leave us some drinks for the new year's eve.very thoughtful. The staff is very kind.

The showers could be improved , the hand Shower was not available so would be good to see if the hand showers are included

Clean and updated. Massive room. Very welcoming and wonderful staff. Highly recommend for families. Fans to keep us cool!

It may be cultural, but it was very hot and we could not keep the windows open to cool off because others were smoking on balconies (we are allergic). That is not the hotels fault.

We were surprised that for a family with 2 small children, we were given an aparatment that had in fact two communicating rooms. The location is near Salzburg, it is a very good hotel for a shot stay, to visit the mountains or Salzburg. The Indian restaurant had some delicious food. The breakfast was good, not many options but enough. That lady from the breakfast room was very attentive to the children, she gave them some candies on our way out.

some improvements must be made at the bathrooms.

Size of the room and view. Easy to get there. View was nice. Owners/Staff were very attentive and concerned.

When we arrived the room was a SAUNA. We knew the hotel had not air conditioner but we expected better fans or at least not to have a hot room. Outside was a lot fresher. It was a horrible night. Me and my family hardly slept. Owners tried to compensate (there was a confusion with breakfast, we did not book it, but niether we nor owner could manage to have it clear).

We arrived quite late and there was no place to get tea or coffee. I would appreciate a small kettle in the room.

The owners were so warm and welcoming. Property is comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this family run stay.

We booked the junior suite on the last floor: very spacious, having both a bathroom and a WC, comfortably accommodating a family of five. The balcony had a nice view of the outskirts of the village. The decoration was tasteful and the WiFi connection was decent.Breakfast was great.The distance to Salzburg centre was acceptable.

Clean, cozy and specious room. For 5 people 2 rooms and 1,5 bathrooms. Great location, close to Salzburg and shops . Nice breakfast.Staff very polite, friendly and helpful.The Indian restaurant next to the hotel is great and has tasteful food.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and offered suggestions to help navigate our visit to Salzberg. Breakfast was just what we expected from a European hotel. The room was spacious. The restuarant was very good.

The pictures of the property location were a little misleading. We thought we were booking a "Gasthaus" just outside the city with scenic views of the mountains. The acutal location is in an industrial/business district.

Breakfast selection good and varied , fresh bakery and cuts every day. Location fairly close to downtown by a 15/20 bus ride. Bus stop located 50 m from hotel. Quiet and relaxing area

Coffee not do good. Bathroom has no separate ventilation

Lovely homely hotel just outside Salzburg. Bus stop just outside that brings you into Salzburg and grocery shop just up the road. Sylvia the host was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend

The owner was great , warm hospitality and cared for everything to be perfect. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

The hotel was in a nice location about 15 minutes drive from Salzburg. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The rooms were large, well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. It was nice that there was a soccer ball and nets outside for our children to play with.

We were bummed to find out that the restaurant was temporarily closed during our stay so we could not get dinner there as we had planned. Also, the bowling alley was full of people and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke so we did not take our kids there as we hoped we could do. There was a lot of dust we noticed as well.
