The apartment had the most amazing views of any accommodation we stayed in. Great views overlooking the region, mountains and the castle. We ate at the restaurant and wanted to go back again but it was fully booked. The breakfast was delivered to us and it had variety of local bread, cheese, jams etc. The staff kindness and friendliness are unmatched. We really loved our time there and we wish we could’ve stayed longer.

- Just one minor thing is a parking place situated around 200m outside of hotel and located in front of the village. It is a sort of complication when you go for skiing. Hotel does not have a ski room, so the ski equipment must stay in car. The ski boots we were carying to dry in the hotel room. But we understand that for all not-skiing guests this distant parking place should not be a problem.

Excellent services and strong attention to all desires of the guests. Very beautiful and cosy appartments and the whole house. High quality of materials, furniture etc. used in the rooms. Very spacious rooms. Exellent breakfast with very special concept (no ordinary buffet selection). High quality of food and drinks served at breakfast and also in the near Krenn restaurant. We did appreciated much a room service for the first warm drink served after wake-up and still before the breakfast - great idea!!! The house offers also a room service.
