Hotel Vinice Hnanice

The room was spacious and clean including the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was OK, not great but nothing to be offended by. There are 3 saunas and they were good.

Although it was around 10°C outside, it was so how in the apartment and hallway that we were thermally shocked every time we entered the premises (at least 30°C). It was very hot even in night even though the room was cooled earlier using AC but somehow it got hot, don't get it. In the afternoon we asked for the private hot tub for the evening, however, the answer we got was that it takes a lot of work and time, so I asked how long beforehand should one reserve the hot tub which I was told at least one day before - so if you are going there for one night, bad luck (: (it was apparent the lady was just lazy)When we got to the restaurant for dinner I asked for the table and the waitress looked shocked I didn't have a reservation and started panicking even though there were clearly free tables, not very professional.We paid around 5000,- CZK for one night (2 people), which is on the higher end in Czechia. The amount as high as it is, we didn't have a wellness "package" so we had to buy sauna entry fees, 300,- CZK per person.There was vine tasting for many people hosted that night which no one told us about, it was a bit disappointing because we would like to pay for it however we didn't get any information about that.It may seem like nitpicking, but for that money, one would assume some level of service.

beautiful place in the vineyards. rooms are spacious with aircon, staff are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was good with lots of stuff to choose from.there’s a small pool and sauna, the y have cots and heigh chairs.

the pool’s opening hours aren’t convenient, only open on the afternoon/evening and the sauna only after 8, so you can’t use it in the mornings

modern hotel with comfortable rooms and a beautiful vineyard. it is perfect if you would like to go for a hike in the national park which starts 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Also, very close to Znojmo

the staff behavior was not always professional. The receptionist was not very welcoming, the restaurant staff had no smile on their faces and in general you wouldn't feel welcome around them. the restaurant closed really early and even when we left a big tip, no signs of gratitude from their side.

Great location (in the middle of vineyards). Very tasty breakfast, with fresh orange juice.

If you will come late the breakfast is not refilled any longer and the choice is very limited. Only for 'early birds'. View from the room on the ground floor is bad (flooded by rocks just next to the window). The customer service level has to be significantly improved. Arrived quite late and asked receptionist for possibility of late check out. The day after they surprised us with extra charges even if we had gentlemen agreement before. Limited access to SPA - Once someone makes spa / wellness reservation other guests cannot use it.
