Reception was not polite,not have information about entreatment,breakfast nothing for presentation and nothing all to present .Zero services

The perfect location for a stop while returning from a skiing day in Austria. The reception is open 24/7 which makes the hotel even more attractive for people who want to stay in the slopes as long as possible.The hotel is clean and comfortable, has spacious rooms and nice, comfortable beds. Good breakfast was included in the price. The full scale duty-free shop from old times (before Shengen) is still in operation on the ground floor (and open 24/7), so you can easily buy gifts and souvenirs for yourself and all the relatives :-). Very interesting place indeed. Note - the reception is at the back of the shop, perhaps not an obvious location, but people in the shop are really nice and helpful.

It was a very good apartment, a lot of space, clean.We arrived very late, but the check in was pleasant and smooth.We couldn't leave the place in the morning, as we planned, because there was so much to do there. Our teens had so much fun in the park and the Retro museum!The breakfast was very good. Good coffee. Smiling staff. Shopping. Fun. Activities. Chinese market nearby

Room was big and decent

-everiwere smell like junk food , the motel îs in a mini mall upstairs with a few stores downstairs. - in the reception i talk for breakfast for next day for 7.30. in the morning when we go to have breakfast the other recepționist tell us that os not possible because the kitchen îs close and îs no one there. He give us 2 bags with what he find in the fridge and tell us : good day. So with 2 Little bags with bread butter and other Little stuff we live the hotel wondering how îs thats possible ?!

A reasonable amount of space, and a better desk area would be appreciated. 24hour access. Good breakfast and service in the restaurant.

Very bizarre surroundings unless that is why you are there, to shop, gamble, and whatever. Poor culinary offerings in the area seem to close very early.

Quite unexpected place, but perfect location for a stop during a long journey. Basic but comfortable room, 24h shop in the same building (actually, the reception inside the shop, just go in and then right ahead, to the back) and very good breakfast in the morning (and much more shopping options around :-) ). A big amusement park and a nice fuel station are just few steps away from the hotel. I have added it to my preferred stops list!
