Pros +
- Very kind staff. Perfect hotel for families with children, very well prepared for small visitors. With spa, tobogans, huge playground, wow!
- The children’s facility, pool, jumping area, food, friendly staff.
- Real Kinderhotel with great facilities and activities for kids, nice buffet
Cons -
- The playground is too close to the road to my opinion (noise from cars?). My room was for 2 adults with 2 children and I consider it to be too small for 4 people. But this is my opinion.
- The bad and pillow are not very comfortable
- No indoor cosy place for parents in the evening except the bar which can be noisy and room a bit old

Main (served) dinner is really nice, well prepared and served. Big park with many free activities for kids is really nice. Karnten Card with many (free) activities in the region is also great.
Rooms are quite small and bit outdated. Staff is really nice but little understaffed. It took 2,5 half days to change and fix not working remote control despite two requests. Hair dryer was not working, minifridge was not in the room at all. AC is not in the room. Some services took really long for a 4-star hotel. Hotel really needs some investment, I wouldnt rate it as 4-star.
Very good
Hellhörig. Ouve-se ruídos. One can hear what happens in the corridor or loud baby‘s cry.
Great stay for 1 night travelling through Austria with the kids. They enjoyed themselves a lot. Great staff. It's an all inclusive concept where you choose your dinner at check in or the day before. Food is fresh and healthy but personally we prefer a à la carte menu.
Beautiful location with a lot to do for kids. Swimmingpool was great.
Our room was a bit dated.
amazing food, pleasent environment, helpful and cheerful staff.
remote location
Very nice staff, good breakfast and dinner. Clean, nice room, good location. Everything is perfect. ?
Nice hotel for families with amazing staff. The adult dinner was delicious. Inside playroom was very nice and lot of to do.
I think the pool area needs cleaning especially steps to water slide. Water toys.for swimming kids would be nice too.
Friendly staff, a lot of stuff kids can entertain with..
Everything was great. The taste of the served food was exceptional. The playground for the children and the swimming pool are wonderful! Overall an outstanding family hotel. Deserves more visitors.
