What Guests Loved

Pros +
- Overall very good experience and the highlight was the kindless of teh team under the owner's personal supervision. Also, the facilities are excellent for a 4* hotel.Several perosanl initiatives taht showed taht management and staff went the extra mile to be helpful e.g. clearing snow from your car.
Cons -
- Difficult to have a la carte dining as the overall resort is on a half Board hotel program. Zauchensee doesn't boost any shop or resaurant (except for one informal local diner) so it makes the experience particularly dependent on the quality of teh hotel.
