- Modern style with nice breakfast
- Everything was perfect, food choice during all day, wellness & spa area that was really large and comfortable, also room space and equipment. I am sure this hotel is worth to visit if you like good food and spa. You can spend all day long inside even without going outside :-)

- No air conditioning! So not even summer and we could not sleep thanks to the heat. Their solution was open a window. So not only I'm tired but I have also retuned sick. Beds are so small that we'd almost fall off. You get only 152cm bed even with apartment suite. Their gourmet dinners are not what they used to be I guess. Duck breasts were badly done with all the fat still under the skin. Too much salt in almost every meal. Really not what gourmet should mean.
- Temperature of the water in outdoor swimming pool could be a bit higher.
- The food selection was very poor. Chicken fillet for lunch , chicken fillet for dinner. The show kitchen was also not filled with various options to choose. Unfortunately was not like expected, like the other 4 star superior hotels we have visited in Austria.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Very nice room, clean, well equiped.
The water in the pool outside was too cold.Dinner menu was nothing special.
All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
I was disapointed with the food, and i had higher expectations of the spa.

Both pools were too cold but especially the outdoor one. It was -2C outside and the water temperature of the outside pool was definitely not 30C so we could not really use that one during our stay
