I rated the hotel 4 stars. great food, convenient location, we got better options in the room than we had booked. the spa center is excellent, a large swimming pool, cozy saunas. The only inconvenience is that the pool is not open in the morning.

It was comfortable and staff were friendly
Spa didn’t meet my expectations, we had a 3hr slot free up in the day, we asked about any treatments - nothing was available. Also not much choice of treatment as only 2 different massages seemed to be an option. The first day steam room didn’t work, the second the hot beds were broken. Then a lot of people who didn’t seem to be staying at the hotel showed up, had shots on the jacuzzi, it was overcrowded with big party and not possible to use facilities by staying guests. Breakfast was poor quality and even though we were the only table both in the evening and at breakfast we had to wait for ages as the waitress was busy chatting somewhere else.

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were neat and clean (very comfortable beds), the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they spoke both English and Polish. The amazing breakfast buffet and the relaxing spa definitely made this stay memorable.

Down stairs the back entrance from the parking no security everyone could walk in you didn't need to use your card to open the door down there so it means literally anyone could walk in .
