Hotel Falko

This hotel is excellent—clean, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location is strategic, and the surrounding views are beautiful. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel."

Clean and comfortable, but bad WiFi

Nice and clean. Lovely beds, but hopeless WiFi in my room (110). Internet came and went (mostly went) and was very slow when occasionally present. Mostly very quiet, except the night they hosted a wedding, rather noisy then, both during and after. Breakfast was overprised and disappointing. Friendly staff

Absolutely perfect! Great location, clean and quiet room. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff very helpful.

Friendly helpful staff, nice quiet location and comfortable rooms. Good restaurant too and excellent breakfast selection.

Nothing really.

A comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and a large comfortable bed. The beautiful interior of the room

although I booked a handicapped room, the bathroom had no shower chair. But at the reception, they promised me they would order it and it would be there next time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant.

Pillows - not very comfortable. Too flat.

Breakfast, spacious rooms, spa zone, big parking

Windows were facing internal terrace, always some people smoke and talk near my window. The mattress was too soft, the fridge had awful smell

Everything; the space outside as inside. The restaurant in evening was wonderful. The SPA was for us enough. Air-condition is a must in summer days. Surprise on Breakfast; u do your self scrambled eggs-appriciated. Nice and helpful lady in Front Reception; thanks ❤️

Actually the beds; little too soft for me. But as tired we were we feel in sleep immeduately.

Very clean and cozy. Perfect spa! Nice service. If Rumia then Falko)

Spaciousness and how clean it.was.

I suggest that the rooms should have more coffee pods ,tea (we had only 1 for each person)and also milk (as there was none). We were a family of 2.

comfy beds, large rooms with balcony

refrigerator was not working

Good breakfast, clean.

Can be loud in the room when an event is going on downstairs.

Clean Rooms with Daily room service. Fun and nice accomadations such as hot tub sauna gym and spa.

Breakfest was very skimpy and not Worth the expensive price aswell had a poor dinner selection and when the food came it was not Worth the price either, wasnt tasty or filling.

The staff were friendly, food was great and was located perfectly for parkrun in the morning (5 minutes walk).

Location,quiet,clean,staff ?

The hotel where u feel like at home . Very tasty breakfast, high standard of service.

Very spacious and clean room. We were told a couple of days in advance that there was a wedding on the night or our stay and it might be noisy. No problems for us because we attended another wedding, and theirs finished before ours! The hotel let us check-in an hour before scheduled so we could change for the wedding. Thanks.Asking about the location is silly, because it depends on one's purpose for the stay. We were attending a wedding just up the road and so the location was absolutely perfect for us. If one need to attended a surf contest in Sopot, say, then it would not be a good location.

There was confusion on check-out about whether I'd already paid or not. The hotel were correct, and I was wrong. Maybe booking.com could make this more clear. I'd have liked to get a little beer at the hotel bar in the afternoon just after check-in, but there was nobody around to serve.

Excellent and clean hotel. I thank everyone at the reception, as well as the employee Alexandra for her beautiful service

Very professional & friendly staff. There was a problem with the fridge in our room. I informed the receptionist and she immediately apologised and offered to move us to another room. The next day there was a new fridge installed. Great spa. Nice size room.

Big room, comfortable bed and very good breakfast with many choices.

There's not many places to eat dinner, only restaurant in the hotel and restaurant beside lake.

Very nice, sauna and professional personnel

The rooms are not so fresh, but it’s okay
