Convenient location to highway, gas station and McDonald's for kids.

Noise from parking cars can be heard in rooms all over during the night. Breakfast at gas station is quite an experience, but I guess for truck drivers, less for families.

Nothing in particular. Just found it weird in the beginning that the check in is handled in the gas station, 20 meters from the rooms, but that is also fine.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, right next to a BP petrol station. However, we discovered that check-in and checkout are handled at the BP gas station only after using Google Translate on a notice posted at the main entrance. It would be much more helpful if this information were also provided in English, not just German.Check-in involved filling out a form, which was straightforward. The room itself was clean and a good size. There’s a McDonald’s about 200 meters from the hotel, which is convenient for a quick meal.The included breakfast buffet was just okay—nothing special, but it will keep you going. Overall, a decent place for an overnight stay, but clearer communication would enhance the experience.

Horrible night, not supporting/cooperative owner/staff.

We booked rooms with Air condition. Unfortunately it did not work. This was recognized already in the afternoon after our check in. Until 8 pm no one checked why it does not work. This day it had outside 33 degrees and the whole building got super hot. The owner started investigating around 8 pm, but he was not very motivated to find the issue, not even to solve it. At 21.30 he left and said, there is nothing he could do. With a little child staying in a room with 30 degrees over night was horrible and we were not able to get any sleep. Opening the window did also not help at all. We are sure, even in the evening searching for an electrician or any other person to be able to fix the problem, which was in the end a very small one (gas was empty) could have been possible. All the guests complained, some of them slept in the car, escaping the heat. The next day it was fixed, before we asked to switch the rooms, but it was declined. We even proposed to pay for the cleaning. My husband was cleaning the air conditions in our rooms himself, as they were super dirty and dusty. We had super swallowed eyes due to the dust in the room.

This is a low cost, no frills hotel, but we were surprised by how comfortable, quiet, and clean it was. Ricardo checked us in and he was so nice, and the breakfast was good. If you're on a road trip and need a place to stay, this is a great hotel with easy access to the autobahn.

Overall the facility was fine, with a big parking and located really close to the highway. Breakfast was quite good.

Unfortunately the wifi in the room didn't work at all (tried with multiple devices), so it was a very big downside as I was not able to do my work.

Everything was good: bed, air conditioner, silence, large parking lot, early good breakfast. We would definitely stop again on the way.

Nice people at the BP service station, where all of the actual service happens, and the breakfast is in line with Austrian standards. The room was simply, but purposefully designed, including a very comfortable bed.

When you have no check-in between 10pm and 5am, you need to make it stand out in the offer. Many hotels have certain declared hours, but will agree to check you in at a specific later time. So, when there is simply nobody around to take care of you, not even to attend a phone call, like at the Fair-Price-Hotel where the check-in happens at the BP service station within its opening hours, you're setting up a trap for your potentially unsuspecting guest. Is this an effect you really want? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It is a very clean, basic hotel to stay for night during the trip. It is close to the motorway. Big parking, very good wifi. Basic but ok the breakfasts.

Lack of shower liquid.

The room was clean and comfy.

The reception is at the petrol station, next door - not well sign posted. The breakfast very limited. I travel a lot, breakfast is very important to me.
