Nice and cozy hotel in a mountainous region of Austria
The staff forgot about the set of linen for the sofa. And since we arrived late in the evening, it was not very comfortable to look for it. In addition, the room was cold, which is not very good for families with children.

There was a wedding when we came, no one at the reception, crowded and noisy hall and restaurant. no one answered to our call, we had to look for some staff in this crowd to be checked in. the bathroom in the room could be cleaner. the next day was worse - when we came for breakfast- the restaurant was 100% filled with the people from the wedding, there was not place even to sit and I just don’t say about social distance… staff is busy and unfriendly, food is the rest from weddings table. I’m really disappointed. never recommend
Air conditioning in our room worked really well. Undercover storage for our bicycles.Hotel receptionist was helpful and friendly.Breakfast buffet was really good.Very quiet - we could not hear the cars passing no any other guest noise.

Breakfast buffet with an excellent choice of dishes. Spacious breakfast room with access to the terrace (we had beautiful weather). Very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. The receptionist, for example, was very helpful by printing the full Bus service Weiz-Graz timetable!
Fantastic view, excellent breakfast - not for 4* but for 5* hotel. The highest ranked staff. No doubts - I can recommend it everybody.
One of the best hotel's I had chance to visit, only regret is that I had to go early, so I missed breakfast!!
