The Spa with its 3 saunas, steam bath and the infinity pool is amazing. Also the breakfast buffet is plenty and had a great choice. The dinner, which is served, is delicious and very well balanced in choice and size.

The room is outdated and the mattresses are used. Also it's either too hot or too cold in the room. The cleaning staff is very loud and opens room doors unannounced. The service staff during mealtimes is not very attentive. Upon asking for a specific thing you needed to wait quite long or it wasn't taken care of at all. Especially during breakfast

Food was quite decent, all fresh. Staff very friendly!

As regards evening cuisine, well, it was modern but not exactly to meet our taste.

First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we first had a room in the "Schachner in the park" and then moved into the main building which has a direct access to the spa and the restaurant and bar. The view was absolutely exceptional, with a broad horizon and the autumn colors ....The food was absolutely delightful.The spa with the infinity pool and again the wonderful view was great, as are the possibilities for walks and hiking. We definitely will go back! thank you

The fact that our room was so far away from the main building where the spa facilities were. It was like we were in an aged building. The accommodation was very dated.

The hotel should emphasize the distance between the secondary building and the main building. Because of the distance and the possibility of extremely cold weather at night, it can be difficult to get from the room to hotel facilities (e.g., restaurants and spas).

The hotel is divided into two buildings, distant from each other. It is not convenient to go from one to the other, for the pool or reception.

Second time staying here, and it's just a really nice experience, from the staff to the view to the excellent food on the half-board menu. Beautiful and atmospheric spa in a quiet village, perched above the Danube. I love coming here to relax for a few days. It never feels too crowded, and the service is extremely personal and friendly.

We booked a room with A/C, and didn't get what we booked. But they worked hard to rectify it (there were no more A/C rooms available, but they moved us the second night), provided a fan and a complimentary bottle of wine, as well as a slight discount. We were satisfied.

We stayed in what seem to be one of the older rooms, which wasn't as impressive as the updates to the rest of the hotel. Regardless, no complaints. Superb
