    Pros +

    • My kids really liked the hotel and they still miss it. It has a big indoor play ground and the tunnel museum is right next to the hotel.
    • Nice clean facility in a beautiful location with a bike storage room and repair station.
    • The buffet was great, soup , vegetables and desserts

    Cons -

    • It is a bit far from the nearest big city Innsbruck and can take upto 30 mins of drive to reach there, however be mindful of the 12 Euro toll which you have to pay everytime you use the highway.
    • Some way to heat up food, even as simple as a communal microwave, would've been nice.
    • The toliet was designed for children, WC too low for seniors, only one hard chair in room, so when you looked a TV , you have too sit on the bed, no back support. Everything was self service, the overall atmosphere was more designed for the kids play as adults. Lots of shouting. Not a relaxing atmosphere.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast, great restaurant with normal prices

Amazing. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. Super relaxing. Great play areas including climbing walls and sports hall. Good food. Comfy rooms. Great views. Lovely places to explore. Very close to Italian border with amazing scenery to discover. Breakfast was great, big selection, freshly made waffles, everything you could want. Great bar with good value drinks and snacks. Nice cocktails at low prices. Also lots of good restaurants and bakeries nearby. Kids loved all the play areas and the selection of ice creams. Only regret was not staying for longer. An unforgettable stay.

It’s really good when traveling with kids, after hours in the car they can finally play and move both inside and outside

Staff is not particularly friendly, whole place is big and noisy. The restaurant in the hotel serves really poor quality pizza. If we haven’t been traveling with our kid we would have never chose this place to stay.

The location was wonderful, with a sight of snowy mountains and the overwhelming sight of the Europa bridge above us. We had a rich breakfast with all sorts of tasty things, including homemade marmalade, sausages and eggs and a lot more. The room was comfortable and we had enough space to stay with our two dogs. The late night anonymous check-in was very convenient because we didn't need to worry about waking someone up and the hotel staff was very polite and nice to us.

To be honest there was nothing we didn't like, we had a very nice time.

    Perfect location, clean and quiet

It was really an excellent breakfast with good bacon and sausages. Location was good, diverting off the motorway on our way to Italy.

We stayed there in the off season but despite that the breakfast was still very good and they did consider a lot of diets. There was a gluten-free selection for instance

The bathroom smelled heavily like urine. When we addressed that the girl behind the reception told me she would make a notification of it but nothing more than that.

Comfortable bed, Great breakfast. Friendly Staff

    All good

Bed was comfortable, there was an elevator. Breakfast was good. Clean room. Kind personnel.

Very basic small standard room, no extras like a bar or some water, no water cooker etc. which you would expect for the price of the room. Disappointing view, kind of ground floor looking at building, no privacy. Above high price of the small room, 15 Euros extra for the very small dog an 4 Euros city tax.

Clean, good breakfast, homemade jam, waffle corner, kids area,

Extremely clean. Spacious double room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Evening meals available either pre booked evening menu or pizza restaurant no booking required. Excellent cafe for drinks and cakes. Located next to the Lift station. 15 minutes walk from the main train station. A variety of walks available from the door. Guest card gives free use of buses and trains between Innsbruck and Brenner Pass. I would definitely book again. Better than some 4 star hotels.

Very good vibe in hotel, responsive staff. Perfect buffet for the dinner for a good price. Pizzeria as another option to have a meal. Nice surroundings: mountains, mountain river, bridge. A lot of playgrounds for kids inside and outside.

    1. Coffee could be better: no coffee machine, just filter coffee for the breakfast.2. No bar in dinning area. To bring drinks waiter goes to the main bar in lobby and in general shuttles between these 2 areas all the time. As a result you either wait for waiter or drinks too long.3. Remote from TV was missing.

    Emplacement

Very bad experience. I have booked (reservation n. 4869196295), a night with my wife from 15 to 16 September (breakfast included) while traveling from Germany to Italy through Austria. Falling sick on the 15th I couldn't travel on the 15th so we left too early in the morning of the 16th wishing at least to try the praised breakfast of the hotel. Unfortunately with the heavy traffic and rain near Munich that morning, and after an eight hour drive, I called the hotel from my car kindly asking if they would be so kind to offer us breakfast although with some delay (exactly 30 mn after the end of the "official breakfast time") before we continue to Italy. The answer was: " this is not possible, all we can offer you is bread and ham". I declined because my wife is allergic to meats including ham. To sum-up, I paid my booked night long in advance with breakfast included and when I asked for a service (that I paid for) due to an unexpected condition, they treat me as if I were a beggar or as if the breakfast just for me and my wife that I asked for (although late due to force majeure) will impoverish that hotel. By the way, a hotel that doesn't have the ability to adapt wisely to such situations of their clients gives a bad image of itself. To conclude, that was the first and will be the last time I book JUFA Hotel Wipptal .

Exceptionally well-equiped for children. Playground outside, playground inside, playful sofa at the reception, tunnel info center for kids right in the building. Also, you can make waffles at the breakfast.

This was our second time staying here, basically just breaking up the journey from Italy and spending the night. This is a large hotel for a huge number of people, the most important thing for us was the proximity to the motorway. There is buffet dinner for 40 euros for two people, buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. I mostly enjoyed the food, though I thought at times the supply of fruit was a bit lacking.

It is noisy, usually with lots of kids as the hotel organises summer programmes for kids groups. For the number of people having drinks at the dinner buffet, in the lounge area and in the trattoria, the place is completely under-staffed - there was one waiter, one person getting drinks ready and the receptionist had to help out. When I needed the receptionist to fetch me an extra pillow, it was impossible for her to leave as there were so many orders and other things to do. The waiter assured us he would be with us within five minutes to take our order, but he never arrived, so we left. Also, taking away the dishes from the dining rooms was slow and certainly caused issued for new people arriving and having nowhere to sit.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice location next to the tunnel museum. Breakfast was really good! Staff was friendly and helpful. Good hotel for those traveling with children.

A mini fridge in the room would be a nice addition.

Good location, we only spent one night. Parking super, breakfast fine.
