    Pros +

    • Big apartment, everything is available in the kitchen,Panorama view from apartment balcony, many options for breakfast, an indoor play area for small kids, vegetarian options are available in half board - creative presentation of food and especially desert, friendly staff
    • amazing place. very good food and very nice pool and sauna
    • The hotel is worth the money. The staff is good and helpy. We took half board and we are happy with it. You can find what to eat with your taste. There are many parking places.

    Cons -

    • Apartment looks old, little walk to the main building from the apartment where all the facilities are available
    • The hotel is big and has separate apartments too. With kids it would be better to stay in the main building.
    • During the dinner the salads are always too vinegarish...We don't know why the cook use it too much for each salads..I am also cook but don't need the bunch of vinegar into the salads.

Great hotel with very friendly staff and very well organized made our stay unforgettable. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. All facilities were very clean and lovely to enjoy. Food was very well prepared and delicious. The shuttle service was fantastic so we could easy to get to and from the slopes. We would love to come back next year.

Wonderful spacious room with fresh renovation. Breakfast has something for everyone, but I would have liked to see more fruit selection rather than just apples/pears and fruit salad. Half board includes a wonderful dinner, which consists of soup, salad, main course and dessert - very tasty and made from local products.

The room was clean and modern, the breakfast was excellent and the dinner was good but there is but..One of the waitress was extremely nice with the long hair and braces ( Thank you for her! )

During the dinner the salads are always too vinegarish...We don't know why the cook use it too much for each salads..I am also cook but don't need the bunch of vinegar into the salads.

Breakfast was superb. The complementary afternoon tea on the terrace was a real pleasure. The staff were friendly and spoke English.

We used a glass in our room at the beginning of the holiday, and it was not cleaned. The main courses of the evening meal were not traditional Austrian food.

great loccation, food was very nice, I like the fact that they have dedicated menu for each day - very creative cheff.

nothing major. however having facility to be able to make coffee/tea in the room would be very nice.

We had a really lovely getaway in Fließ. The staff were very kind and attentive and the vibe is very nice in the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and good value. The pool is a nice touch and the views are unmatched.

There’s not much we didn’t like here. The rooms were a bit warm (if you kept the window closed) and the fire alarm went off one night (but that’s not in their control and it’s good to see that they work). Everything else was great!

Great place located in West Tirol which offers great hiking possibilities for which the hotel offers great maps and guides Lovely breakfast and diner, with a shout out to the pastry chef for all desserts!!

Position over looking the valley ?Room had a fabulous viewFood was very high standard for the rating of the hotel

    No kettle or coffee facilities.

Our room had a beautiful view, we could also see the sunset from our balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and breakfast and dinner were delicious. The sauna and pool area were great! Not too far away from Ischgl and St. Anton. We would come again to this hotel when in the area.

The bed was a bit too hard. The sauna went off already at 7 pm, so it was not possible to have a great Finnish löyly at that time anymore. Before that the two saunas were great!

For us the top surprise was the food. We expected buffet dinner but it was gourmet dinner, nicely presented. Tastes we’ve never experienced before.Another unexpected highlight for us was the ski dry room to warm up your boots after a day on the slopes.Add the indoor pool to the list for maximum relax while you wait for the dinner to be ready.

    9ZoiPosted on: 2-3-2023

The breakfast and the dinner were great. The location is very convenient for the nearby ski centers.

The spa era needs to be renovated

    9TakácsPosted on: 1-3-2023

All in all everything was fine including food, silence, szauna and service. Limited parking lot

The breakfast and dinner were good and nicely served. The buffet más extremely gond with the broad scale of food offered.

Tasty breakfast. Bed was really comfortable. Nice balcony with a view.

Prices for beverages (dinner & breakfast) too high. Pool area could use a facelift. Not something bad but rather an advice: it’s more of a family hotel (kids & babies) so I wouldn’t recommend it for couples.

normally we would never haven taken the halfboard : dinner was served and the only choice was between a dish with meat or vegetarian, the food was not tasty at all ? booking was only possible with HB though.Breakfast was rather disappointing - rather limited choice
