Nice and warm rooms, good location.

It was a self-checkin but this was not written anywhere. I would come a bit later if I would know.

Very good breakfast. Hotel was easy to find and plenty of free parking. Very interesting building. Well maintained.

Comfortable beds.

The room was not fully cleaned when we entered, we did not had wifi during our stay, staff entered in our room while we were takingn rest without notice, paying for dinner took more than 20 minutes and very unplasant encounter on check out woth the stuff where the man was ignoring us.

Great historical building, but with a contemporary level of comfort in the rooms. Staff was incredibly friendly and proactive, even when facing a small emergency that we had one night. Excellent dinner!

It would have been better to know in advance that there is no staff at all on site on Sunday nights, even if the whole process was very well managed at distance.

Wonderful room and decorations, amazing architecture and services. Nice and warm restaurant with typical regional food! Excellent schnapps!

Our stay was great , we loved it , for sure we hope to get back to your beautiful hotel.We loved every minute of it, and we are really thankful . After all, it is a 13th century Hof, renovated to the 21st century, by maintaining the historical value.The rooms ( we got 2 ) were big and spotless, and the breakfast was awesome. the bed was just what we needed, very comfy, clean, white sheets)

Actually, I cannot find any inconvenience, everything looked and was great. No inconvenience at all.

The decoration, the calmness even though it's on the boarder of the street, the atmosphere, the bed.

The food was good but a little bit too expensive for what we ate.

Loved the historical importance and how the property was well maintained. The location was also perfect for getting to Ranger Kopf and Innsbruck

I don't usually write reviews but our stay was so exceptionally amazing that I decided to do it this time. Me and my partner spent the Christmas there and it was super special. The owner and staff were really friendly and nice, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable and warm. The food in the restaurant is delicious and comes from local producers. Would definitely come back and it's 100% worth it to visit wether it is for eating something or for sleeping there.

THE BEDS!!! The comfort of the beds were exceptional! Best bed I have slept in with your typical wonderful quilts! The building has been restored in such an amasing way. There are several different function rooms with one even more prettier than the other. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The owner got me specially a hazelnut snaps which they didn’t have on the menu. Wonderful place.

Everything was good, breakfast was ok, but they run out of bread and croissants too early.

It’s old , elegant but quirky style modernised as well as could be around the stone features.

The lift- a bit too modern for us - no buttons! We happily took the stairs.

- When we arrived everything was closed. By coincidence we found a note on a back door telling us where to find our keys. This information would have been nice to have in advance. - regarding breakfast it was “good”. One million flies couldn’t be wrong ?

It was a wonderful experience to stay in such a magnificent historic building that had been sympathetically updated to provide comfortable, spacious and elegant accommodation. The staff were charming, friendly and helpful. The menu and wine list were really good. The food was super. Breakfast was a delight.

We received a very warm welcome to this marvellous property, 800 years old! Beautifully restored and comfortable, lovely meal in their restaurant and a nice buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price.

800 year old property of character but modernised bedrooms with comfortable facilities. Great location for Innsbruck and airport

The only thing we didn’t like was the bed sheet on the mattress which was a stretchy rough material while the duvet covers and pillow cases were crisp cotton.
