Beautiful hotel and the manager exceeded our expectations

The kitchen staff couldn’t speak English so we had some communication problems at breakfast

No AC. Wish the pool stayed open later and spa opened earlier

Loved the pool area especially and that that it is right on the lake’s edge. Also lovely room, dog friendly and great food.

On a beautiful lake with gorgeous views of mountains. There are walking paths around the lake. Gorgeous sunsets during our evening strolls.

This hotel is not near a bigger city, if someone is looking for that.

staff very friendly, lake, pool and wellness in reach of rooms. electric car charging possible. climate adaptivity remains a concern (lots of meat, uncontrollable room heating).

hotel seems a bit stuck in the 80s where climate change was no reality. lots of meat and little options for vegetarians. uncontrollable room heating. hotel should take more responsibility on that point.

The pillows were too soft. There should be a firmer option.

This is the most gorgeous setting of all the hotels during my month long Europe vacation! The hotel is decorated perfectly for the beautiful mountain setting. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing, so glad we included them in our stay. It was nice after a day of hiking to know we didn't have to look for a place for dinner - our hotel had probably the best option around for miles! The staff was extremely helpful for hiking and adventure suggestions also.

The location is perfect - the breakfast and the dinner were excellent - the staff was helpful and friendly.

I regret the confusion related to the bill where some services were not included as they shoukd have been.

We had a bit of difficult nights due to the heating system that you can´t control - so it´s basically too hot so if you need to cool down the room you need to open the window which is not very ecological

I was here on a long weekend for the birthday of my girlfriend. The hotel has a lovely view on the mountains and the lake - in our case, in January, the lake was frozen and we could take a walk on it. It was so an amazing experience!- We had a lovely room with a welcome gift also for our dog. The SPA is very relaxing and comfortable: there is an in-door and out-door pool, many saunas, possibility of massages and more. We could take lovely walks thanks to the fantastic location. We will never forget this experience. The breakfast is also amazing. .

nothing - 2 days of vacation in this paradise is not enough time...

The quality of food varied a lot

beautiful location right on the lake, wonderful pool and spa facitilies, the front staff was very helpful, free parking on site, the gondola ticket that was included for the Bergbahn was also a very nice surpise!

as lovely as the dinner was from the choices and presentations, like out of a magazine, we actually found the dishes fairly bland....but we might be spoiled by our adult children who cook like gourmet chefs
