The hotel staff was great.

The roads in the area are not salted which makes it little hard to go up and down in ski boots and carrying your skis and poles.I would prefer breakfast to start at 7.30am to get on the mountain when lifts start to run.

espresso machine was not working at breakfast (obly some coffe machine with horible taste) and when we orderwd espresso at bar during breakfast they charged us 3,2e for one espresso!

The food was very good! Breacfast was standard, nothing spacial but tasteful. Dinner was much better. We could juse from several dishes and everything was very tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right across the ski slope, so that was a big plus.

I didn't like the size of the room. the room was quite cramped and a little depressing because there is not much light in the room, and the view from the window overlooks the road leading to the parking lot, so that contributed even more to the cramped feeling.

Hotel is 200m from the slopes, excellent location for skiing. The staff is nice, atmosfere in the hotel is pleasent, rooms are big, hotel is sparkling clean, the spa area is small but enough for you to enjoy (3 saunas, relaxing room, small pool), the food is tasty and there is always plenty on the buffet, and the price is fair. We stayed unplanned extra night. We will come back for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

Staff: great. Room: worn out, needs refurbishment. Skiing: very nice.

Staff is extremly friendly, warm and welcoming; very tasty food, good choices for breakfast/ buffet dinner. Proximity to ski lift. Open parking close by. Playroom/ pool/ sauna, heated boots’s holder in ski room.

The location for skiing was quite ok, 1 minute walk from the ski elevator.

The hotel is too old, nothing is really nice, except the Heineken at the bar, where also the waiter was good to talk to.All facility needs a renovation, lookong and feeling little poor.

Breakfast stays only at 08:00 !That's toooo late for a confortable breakfast including queuing up at the buffet, because everyone goes at this time to be on time at the lift (09:00)...Breakfast should start at 07:30 at least!!!

It was really close to the ski area, rooms are big and comfortable, pool and sauna great!

Dinner maybe need more options of food.

Hotel leverages its 3* on excellent location and decent service. Rooms are in desperate need of capex and new furnishing. I didnt appreciate the fact me and my 10y old child were sharing the same corirdor with a bunch of drunk people who didnt care to close thier room doors neither showed respect for house rules.

Breakfast and dinner were great, wellness area too, family room spacious, staff friendly and helpful, well-heated room for ski equipment, 150 m from the cable car

The disadvantage is the start of breakfast at 8:00 a.m., considering that the slopes open at 9:00 a.m., so exactly at 8:00 a.m. there is a big crowd and chaos in the restaurant. It would be great if breakfast was moved at least half an hour earlier, if not an hour earlier, at least during the ski season. For the use of the wellness area, the use of towels and robes is charged

Exceptional food.Rooms smaller but clean and comfy + quiet. Location good but you have to still walk to slope some 4mins.Nice place, with nice basic wellness, good food, acceptable rooms, playground area , Good parking availability

Basic wellness only and lack of towels. Carpark was an iceskate ring with people falling constantly, with no almost no maintenance..Biggest letdown is staff. Full lack of basic communication,no smile,greeting ,welcome.This staff is reason why people will be replaced by robots in service industry- because there is zero value added by having a person serving you. (only exception a young tall guy with dark hair who was nice, and proactive in his service, who should get paid also money that his colleagues get)

Heating in the bathroom did not work, soft mattress, strange smell from the other room coming through plaster wall, dirty walls - could be painted, some ceiling lamps were missing and overall feeling is that room is not really clean

The food was very good. Staff were very friendly and kind (we had very active toddler). Swimming pool was almost always empty.

Good 3* hotel, we arrived late, after dinner was already finished, but staff served us a meal (not sandwich, real food). Nice gesture. I was in Marcius earlier, this time I liked my room better, it was spacious and cosy for me and family.
