Excelent quality, clean, comfortable

The cleaning services is to early, amd the little pool of the roof we almost can’t use because of the all the time busy booking.

Everything at the hotel was at a really high level. From the hotel cleanliness, food, staff and service, everything surpassed my expectations. Hotel spa, gym, facilities for the kids and teens are excellent and this indeed is a family hotel. Special praises to the chef as the food was delicious, every night.

Our remark is that you need to book pool time ahead, which is limited as its working until 7pm and it could happen that you fail to use it if it books before. And if you book it, slots are only 30min. I would prefer if the pool hadn't had those restrictions and that wellness area works from early morning. However, we got to use the pool every day and enjoy the spa ;)

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The meals were a highlight—delicious and thoughtfully prepared.Although the hotel is a family resort with plenty of young children, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. It truly provided the perfect balance of family-friendly fun and a peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

Hotel Samerhof is a very convenient and quiet property, offering a very good breakfast and having friendly and attentive staff always ready to help and assist with anything you need. SPA area is a real surprise, offering 3 different saunas, thermo lounge chairs, showers and fresh air room, while the whole area is impeccably clean. Great benefit of Samerhof is offering of SKI depot to use near the main lift.Check in was pretty quick, and Mrs. Anna and Mr. Elias welcomed us with a very positive attitude and a huge smile. Mrs. Denise from the restaurant area is very attentive and will solve any concern or need you have. Mrs. Evelyn at the front desk is very professional and understands what hospitality really is. The manager is always present, working together with his team, and at the same time being available and taking care of all the guests and the property in general anytime - a sign of a vision, dedication and professionalism.

Wanted to use the pool (jacuzzi) area on top floor at regular time, but it was closed. Maybe our fault as we didnt reserve it for usage or asked anyone to open for us.

Great kids and animation program, excellent food, wellness and fitness areas were both very nice. The hotel is newly renovated with style

If not all inclusive then the lunch offer can be confusing.

My ski were stolen or taken away by a mistake in front of a small restaurant in the ski area. There was not a center to make a registered notice of this event (I did not call a police)

It was fantastic!From the moment we entered the hotel everybody was super nice and friendly. Breakfast is excellent and being able to choose the dinner menu among few options was a great plus. The room was a good size and super clean. And the spa exceeded our expectations. Aroma infuse sauna everyday that Patric makes was an amazing experience. this hotel was just what we needed.

Fantastic location and staff. Hotel is completely renovated to very high standard. Loads for kids to do. Good quality food and varied everyday. Making picnic lunch at breakfast is brilliant idea. Highly recommend for families. The area has loads available to do..kids loved the taboggan and free trips on the gondalas. The Samerhof lake is spectacular..a little slice of heaven. Special mention to the lovely lady working at the lake cafe. She told us about the lake and area and made us feel so welcome.We only wish we had more time there.

Beautiful hotel, good food, nice staff, with an outstanding SPA area.Lovely location close to the Millennium Express.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facitily is clean and well equiped.

It is not ski-to-door as written on booking description.From a 4-star hotel one would expect longer wine list.

Dinner was very nice

Swimming pool is more like cold jacuzzi, very small and not very convenient. We booked the place to have a full spa typo if experience, so should be explained on website and on booking that it is not a pool at all.

we had a suite with kitchen, for some reason there were no pots, no utensils, no dishes. we borrowed a kettle from reception.
